Die Erfindung besteht in dem Verfahren, Butter mittelst Metaphosphorsäure zu conserviren. The invention consists in the process of preserving butter by means of metaphosphoric acid.
Zur Ausführung löst man etwa 1 Theil feste Metaphosphorsäure in Wasser und vermengt die Lösung gut mit 240 Theilen Butter auf irgend eine bekannte Weise.
