1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Formteilen, insbesondere für die KFZ-Innenverkleidung, bestehend aus einer mehr­ farbig lackierten Gießhaut, einem Trägerteil und einer dazwischen liegenden Schaumschicht mit folgenden Verfah­ rensschritten:
  • a) Einsprühen eines ersten Bereiches eines ersten Form­ werkzeuges mit einem Farbtrennvorsprung, bei abge­ decktem zweiten Bereich mit einer ersten Farbe;
  • b) Entfernen der Abdeckung und Einsprühen des zweiten Bereichs mit einer zweiten Farbe;
  • c) Eingießen des Polyurethanmaterials für die Gießhaut in beide Bereiche des ersten Formwerkzeuges;
  • d) Entformen der mehrfarbig lackierten Gießhaut und Einlegen in ein zweites Formwerkzeug, bei dem ein dünnes Trennblech in der durch den Farbtrennvor­ sprung erzeugten Nut liegt;
  • e) Anlegen von Vakuum zum Fixieren der Gießhaut in dem zweiten Formwerkzeug und an dem dünnen Trennblech;
  • f) Schließen des zweiten Formwerkzeuges mit eingelegtem Trägerteil und Eingeben des PU-Materials für die Schaumschicht.
