Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt das Herstellen des Formteiles ebenso wie bei bekannten Verfahren in zwei unterschiedlichen Form werkzeugen. In dem ersten Formwerkzeug wird die Gießhaut hergestellt. In dem Formwerkzeug ist ein Farbtrennvorsprung vorgesehen, der die Bereiche, die mit unterschiedlichen Far ben lackiert werden sollen, voneinander trennt. Hierdurch wird die Nut so schmal oder dünn, daß sie in dem fertigen Produkt als saubere Trennnaht in Erscheinung tritt. Die unmittelbare Grenze zwischen den beiden Farben liegt am Boden der Nut und ist nicht sichtbar. Nachdem Einlegen der Gießhaut wird bei 12 Unterdruck angelegt, so daß die Gieß haut dicht an das dünne Trennblech 11 angezogen und dort fi xiert wird. Claims (3)

- b) Entfernen der Abdeckung und Einsprühen des zweiten Bereichs mit einer zweiten Farbe;
- c) Eingießen des Polyurethanmaterials für die Gießhaut in beide Bereiche des ersten Formwerkzeuges;
- d) Entformen der mehrfarbig lackierten Gießhaut und Einlegen in ein zweites Formwerkzeug, bei dem ein dünnes Trennblech in der durch den Farbtrennvor sprung erzeugten Nut liegt;
- e) Anlegen von Vakuum zum Fixieren der Gießhaut in dem zweiten Formwerkzeug und an dem dünnen Trennblech;
- f) Schließen des zweiten Formwerkzeuges mit eingelegtem Trägerteil und Eingeben des PU-Materials für die Schaumschicht.
