Abstract

Verfahren zum Herstellen von Formteilen, insbesondere für die KFZ-Innenverkleidung, bestehend aus einer mehrfarbig lackierten Gießhaut, einem Trägerteil und einer dazwischen liegenden Schaumschicht mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
a) Einsprühen eines ersten Bereiches eines ersten Formwerkzeuges mit einem Farbtrennvorsprung, bei abgedecktem zweiten Bereich mit einer ersten Farbe;
b) Entfernen der Abdeckung und Einsprühen des zweiten Bereichs mit einer zweiten Farbe;
c) Eingießen des Polyurethanmaterials für die Gießhaut in beide Bereiche des ersten Formwerkzeuges;
d) Entformen der mehrfarbig lackierten Gießhaut und Einlegen in ein zweites Formwerkzeug, bei dem ein dünnes Trennblech in der durch den Farbtrennvorsprung erzeugten Nut liegt;
e) Anlegen von Vakuum zum Fixieren der Gießhaut in dem zweiten Formwerkzeug und an dem dünnen Trennblech;
f) Schließen des zweiten Formwerkzeuges mit eingelegtem Trägerteil und Eingeben des PU-Materials für die Schaumschicht.
