Abstract
Verfahren
zum Herstellen von Formteilen, insbesondere für die KFZ-Innenverkleidung,
bestehend aus einer mehrfarbig lackierten Gießhaut, einem Trägerteil
und einer dazwischen liegenden Schaumschicht mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
a)
Einsprühen
eines ersten Bereiches eines ersten Formwerkzeuges mit einem Farbtrennvorsprung,
bei abgedecktem zweiten Bereich mit einer ersten Farbe;
b)
Entfernen der Abdeckung und Einsprühen des zweiten Bereichs mit
einer zweiten Farbe;
c) Eingießen des Polyurethanmaterials
für die
Gießhaut
in beide Bereiche des ersten Formwerkzeuges;
d) Entformen der
mehrfarbig lackierten Gießhaut
und Einlegen in ein zweites Formwerkzeug, bei dem ein dünnes Trennblech
in der durch den Farbtrennvorsprung erzeugten Nut liegt;
e)
Anlegen von Vakuum zum Fixieren der Gießhaut in dem zweiten Formwerkzeug
und an dem dünnen
Trennblech;
f) Schließen
des zweiten Formwerkzeuges mit eingelegtem Trägerteil und Eingeben des PU-Materials
für die

Der eine Bereich wird durch eine Abdeckmaske abgedeckt, so daß zuerst der erste Bereich mit der einen Farbe und dann der zweite Bereich mit der anderen Farbe nach Entfernen der Abdeckmaske lackiert wird. Bei der zweiten Lackierung ist ein Oberspray unschädlich. Durch den Farbtrennvorsprung entsteht in der Gießhaut eine die Farbbereiche voneinander trennende Nut. Die auf diese Weise hergestellte Gießhaut wird dann in das zweite Formwerkzeug eingelegt. In diesem befindet sich ein dünnes Trennblech, das in der die Farben trennenden Nut liegt. Durch Anlegen von Vakuum wird die Gießhaut in diesem Bereich der Nut fixiert, d.h. dicht an das Trennblech angesaugt. Hierdurch wird die Nut so schmal oder dünn, daß sie in dem fertigen Produkt als saubere Trennnaht in Erscheinung tritt. Die unmittelbare Grenze zwischen den beiden Farben liegt am Boden der Nut und ist nicht sichtbar.
