Fig. 2 zeigt die lackierte Folie 1, 5 und das Tiefziehwerkzeug 7 vor dem Tiefziehen, Fig. 3 danach. Claims (8)
- a) eine mit einem farbigen Lack (5) beschichtete Folie (1) wird in einem offenen Formwerkzeug (7) im Vakuumverfahren tiefgezogen;
- b) das Formwerkzeug (7) wird mittels eines ihm zugeordneten Kernwerkzeuges (10) geschlossen, wobei das Kernwerkzeug (10) derart bemessen ist, dass zwischen seiner innen liegenden Oberfläche (11) und der in dem Formwerkzeug (7) anliegenden lackierten Folie (1, 5) ein definierter, über wenigstens einen Kanal (13) von außen zugänglicher Zwischenraum (12) verbleibt;
- c) der Zwischenraum (12) wird über den Kanal (13) mit einem aushärtbaren Kunststoffmaterial (14) aufgefüllt, das sich vollflächig mit der lackierten Folie (1, 5) verbindet;
- d) nach dem Aushärten des Kunststoffmaterials (14) wird das Formteil (15) entnommen,

wobei das Kunststoff-Formteil (15) durch die zwischen dem Kunststoffmaterial (14) und der transparenten Folie (1) liegende Lackschicht (5) der Wagenfarbe des Kraftfahrzeuges angepasst wird.8.
