Abstract
Mehrphasenseife, bestehend aus zwei oder mehreren Phasen, die bei der Aufsicht und Seitenansicht gut sichtbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie nach einem Verfahren herstellbar ist, bei dem die einzelnen Phasen in Form von Seifensträngen gerade mit einem Winkel von 14° bis 70° diagonal geschnitten und die Schnittstellen unter Druck verbunden werden, so dass eine Verwölbung an den Schnittstellen entsteht.
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft Mehrphasenseifen, bei denen die einzelnen Phasen bei der Aufsicht und Seitenansicht gut sichtbar sind, ihre Herstellung und ihre Verwendung zur Applikation verschiedener Dufterlebnisse beim Waschvorgang.
- In
DE 31 45 813 A1 ist die Herstellung und Verwendung von Bild- und Wechselmotivseifen beschrieben. Die Herstellung erfolgt durch Stanzen von verschiedenen horizontalen Seifenschichten, die mittels eines Extruders hergestellt wurden. Diese Verfahren kann nicht wirtschaftlich betrieben werden, so dass die Verwendung dieser Seifen im Massenkonsummarkt nicht möglich ist. Insbesondere nachteilig an diesem horizontal geschnittenen Seifentyp ist die Tatsache, dass die unterschiedlichen horizontalen Seifenschichten von dem Verbraucher bei der Betrachtung aus einem üblichen Betrachtungswinkel von ca. 45° und größer nicht bzw. nur sehr schwer erkannt werden können. Dieser Effekt verstärkt sich mit zunehmender Verwendungsdauer, da die beiden Phasen durch Abwaschen dünner werden. - Dieser Nachteil gilt auch für die diversen horizontal geschnittenen Seifen, die in
EP 0 366 209 A1 undUS 5 198 140 A beschrieben sind. InUS 5 198 140 A wird die Herstellung einer verzahnten Seife mit gesteigerter Festigkeit beschrieben. InEP 0 366 209 A1 wird die Herstellung von horizontalen Mehrphasenseifen durch ein Gießverfahren beschrieben. Gießverfahren sind nur für die Herstellung von kleinen Stückzahlen aber nicht für die Produktion von Seifen für den Massenkonsummarkt geeignet. - In
EP 0 594 077 A1 wird die Herstellung von spiralförmigen Mehrphasenseifen beschrieben, die durch die Verwendung eines speziellen Verdichtungskopfes nach radialer Drehung des Seifenstranges hergestellt werden. Insbesondere bei der Verwendung von verschiedenen Seifengrundmassen wird die Stabilität des Seitentypes durch die vielen Phasengrenzen in der Anwendung begrenzt sein. - In
DE 19 24 980 A1 wird ein Verfahren für die Herstellung einer Mehrphasenseife mit einem oder mehrerer Mänteln, die einen Kern umschließen, beschrieben. Dieser Seifentyp ist für den Verbraucher vor und auch zwischenzeitlich während der Verwendung optisch nicht von einer normalen Einphasenseife zu unterscheiden, wodurch sich kein anwendungstechnischer Vorteil ergibt. - Analoges ergibt sich auch für Seifen, die nach
JP 62/48799 A - Bekannt sind auch Seifen bei denen ein vertikaler Schnitt in der Quer- bzw. in der Längsrichtung der Seife der die beiden Seifenphasen trennt (z. B.
JP 1-247499 A - In
EP 0 545 716 A1 wird die Herstellung einer mehrdimensional gekrümmten Zweiphasenseife beschrieben. Durch die Verwendung des Gießverfahrens wird eine Zweiphasenseife erstellt, die aufgrund der aufwendigen Herstellung nicht. für den Massenkonsummarkt geeignet ist. Da es sich hier um eine gegossene Seife handelt, bei der nachträglich kein Druck in Form einer Stanzung ausgeübt wird, ist die Haltbarkeit dieses Seifentypes in der täglichen Anwendung begrenzt. - Weiterhin sind auch marmorierte Seifen bekannt (
DE 24 55 982 A1 ,DE 24 31 048 A1 ,US 1 587 430 A undDE 1 953 916 A1 . Hier sind verschiedenfarbige Seifenphasen mittels spezieller Presszylinder bzw. Schneckenpressen intensiv miteinander vermischt, so dass ein marmorierter Effekt entsteht. Weiterhin kann die Farbe auch bei der Herstellung der Seife in den Seifenstrom eingespritzt werden. Hierbei handelt es sich um Seifen, die aus einer Phase bestehen. - Eine weitere mehrfarbige Einphasenseife ist in
US 4 435 310 A beschrieben. Hier wird durch die Injektion von Farbe bei der Herstellung der Seifenstränge und durch manuelles Drehen des Strangpresskopfes ein mehrfarbige sinusförmige Seife aus einem Stück erhalten. - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung waren Mehrphasenseifen, bei denen die verschiedenen Phasen verschiedene Inhaltstoffe haben können, die bei der Anwendung eine zur Einphasenseife vergleichbare Stabilität aufweisen. Es sollte insbesondere möglich sein, dass die verschiedenen Phasen verschiedene Parfumöle enthalten, so dass bei der Anwendung unterschiedliche aufeinanderfolgende Dufterlebnisse möglich sind.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen, bestehend aus zwei oder mehreren Phasen, sind so gestaltet dass die Phasen der Aufsicht und Seitenansicht gut sichtbar sind.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen weisen eine überproportionale Festigkeit auf, die fast der Stabilität einer Einphasenseife entspricht.
- Besonders bevorzugt sind Mehrphasenseifen, bei denen jede Phase in der vertikalen, längs und quer Projektion zu mindestens 15% bezogen auf die gesamte projizierte Fläche sichtbar ist.

- In den erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen sind aneinandergrenzende Phasenflächen diagonal geschnitten und gegeneinander verwölbt. Die Verwölbung erreicht man bei der Herstellung durch Anwendung von Druck. Mehrphasenseifen mit verwölbten Grenzflächen weisen eine besondere Stabilität auf.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen bestehen bevorzugt aus zwei Phasen, die eine unterschiedliche Zusammensetzung haben.
- Die Seifengrundmassen für die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen sind an sich bekannt (Soaps and Detergents, Luis Spitz, 0-935315-72-1 und Production of Soap, D. Osteroth, 3-921956-55-2). Beispielsweise können Seifen grundmassen wie Alkaliseifen bestehend aus tierischen und/oder pflanzlichen Stoffen, Syndets bestehend aus synthetischen Tensiden oder Kombinationen von beiden Tür die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen eingesetzt werden.
- Die Seifengrundmasse kann als weitere Inhaltsstoffe beispielsweise Parfümöle, kosmetische Inhaltsstoffe, Farbstoffe und weitere Additive enthalten.
- Besonders bevorzugt ist die Zugabe von verschiedenen Parfümölen, die nacheinander freigesetzt werden und bei dem Waschvorgang unterschiedliche, aufeinanderfolgende Dufterlebnisse dem Anwender vermitteln, bzw. durch die gleichzeitige Freisetzung der einzelnen Parfümöle einen neuen intensiveren Duft bilden.

- Die Parfümöle können in flüssiger Form, unverdünnt oder mit einem Lösungsmittel verdünnt für Parfümierungen der Seifengrundmasse zugesetzt werden. Geeignete Lösungsmittel hierfür sind z. B. Ethanol, Isopropanol, Diethylenglycolmonoethylether, Glycerin, Propylenglycol, 1,2-Butylenglycol, Dipropylenglycol, Diethylphthalat, Triethylcitrat, Isopropylmyristat usw.
- Des weiteren können die Parfümöle für die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen an einem Trägerstoff adsorbiert sein, der sowohl für eine feine Verteilung der Riechstoffe im Produkt als auch für eine kontrollierte Freisetzung bei der Anwendung sorgt. Derartige Träger können poröse anorganische Materialien wie Leichtsulfat, Kieselgele, Zeolithe, Gipse, Tone, Tongranulate, Gasbeton usw. oder organische Materialien wie Hölzer und Cellulose-basierende Stoffe sein.
- Die Parfümöle für die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen können auch mikroverkapselt, sprühgetrocknet, als Einschluss-Komplexe oder als Extrusions-Produkte vorliegen und in dieser Form der zu parfümierenden Seifengrundmasse hinzugefügt werden.
- Gegebenenfalls können die Eigenschaften der derart modifizierten Parfümöle durch sog. "Coaten" mit geeigneten Materialien im Hinblick auf eine gezieltere Duftfreisetzung weiter optimiert werden, wozu vorzugsweise wachsartige Kunststoffe wie z. B. Polyvinylalkohol verwendet werden.
- Die Mikroverkapselung der Parfümöle kann beispielsweise durch das sog. Koazervationsverfahren mit Hilfe von Kapselmaterialien z. B, aus Polyurethan-artigen Stoffen oder Weichgelatine, erfolgen. Die sprühgetrockneten Parfümöle können beispielsweise durch Sprühtrocknung einer das Parfümöl enthaltenden Emulsion, bzw. Dispersion hergestellt werden, wobei als Trägerstoffe modifizierte Stärken, Proteine, Dextrin und pflanzliche Gummen verwendet werden können. Einschluss-Komplexe können z. B. durch Eintragen von Dispersionen von dem Parfümöl und Cyclodextrinen oder Harnstoffderivaten in ein geeignetes Lösungsmittel, z. B. Wasser, hergestellt werden. Extrusions-Produkte können durch Verschmelzen der Parfümöle mit einem geeigneten wachsartigen Stoff und durch Extrusion mit nachfolgender Erstarrung, ggf. in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel, z. B. Isoprnpanol, erfolgen.
- Die Parfümöle können bei der Anwendung gleichzeitig oder nacheinander freigesetzt werden. Im besonderen werden Parfümöle eingesetzt, die durch die gezielte Applikation der einzelnen Seifenphasen nacheinander freigesetzt werden.
- Kosmetische Inhaltsstoffe für die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen sind an sich bekannt (Soaps and Detergents, Luis Spitz, 0-935315-72-1 und Production of Soap, D. Osteroth, 3-921956-55-2). Beispielsweise seien die folgenden kosmetischen Inhaltsstoffe genannt:
Kühlwirkstoffe wie z. B. Menthol und Mentholderivate, wärmende Wirkstoffe wie z. B. Capsaiein, UV-Filter wie z. B. Neo Heliopane® zum Schutz vor Verfärbung der Seife bzw. Schutz vor Sonneneinstrahlung auf der Haut, Vitamine wie z. B. Vitamine A und E zur Vitalisierung der Haut, pflanzliche Wachse und Öle wie z. B. Kakaobutter, Mandelöl, Avocadoöl und Jojobaöl zur Verbesserung des Hautgefühles, pftanzliche Extrakte, Moisturizer, Mineralien, Antischuppenwirkstoffe wie z. B. Crinipan®, aktive Wirkstoffe wie z. B. deodorierende Wirkstoffe Soda, Triclosan und Triclocarbon. - Weiterhin sind folgende Zusätze bekannt: Farbstoffe wie z. B. Titandioxid, der Zusatz von Stabilisatoren wie z. B. DTPA und EDTA, der Zusatz von Antioxidantien wie BHT, der Zusatz von Füllmaterialien wie z. B, Stärke und Zellulose, der Zusatz von Härtern wie z. B. Natriumchlorid und Natriumsulfat.
- Es wurde auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen gefunden, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die einzelnen Phasen in Form von Seifensträngen gerade mit einem Winkel von 14° bis 70°, im besonderen 30° bis 55°, diagonal geschnitten und die Schnittstelen unter Druck verbunden werden, so dass eine Verwölbung an den Schnittstellen entsteht.
- Bevorzugt erfolgt die Verbindung der Phasen an den Schnittstellen mit einem Druck vor 4 bis 10 bar bzw. mit einem Anpressgewicht von 1.0 bis 2.0 t. Hierbei entsteht eine besonders bevorzugte Verwölbung der Schnittstellen.
- Die Herstellung der Seifenstränge erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise: Nach dem Zusetzen von Additiven zur Seifengrundmasse erfolgt das Pillieren und das Verstrangen. Weiterhin können bei einer großtechnischen Produktion die Additive beim Verstrangen zugesetzt werden (Soaps and Detergents, Luis Spitz, 0-935315-72-1 und Production of Soap, D. Osteroth, 3-921956-55-2).
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen können am Beispiel von
3 erläutert. werden:3 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Mehrphasenseife in perspektivischer Ansicht und in Aufsicht. Die verschiedenen Phasen sind mit 1 und 2 gekennzeichnet. Die Abbildung stellt auch die Verwölbung beider Phasen dar. - Die erfindungsgemäßen Mehrphasenseifen weisen überraschenderweise eine hohe Stabilität auf und lassen sich günstig in großen Stückzahlen herstellen.
- Beispiele
- Am Beispiel einer gerundeten Standardseifenform (
1a bzw.1b perspektivische Ansicht Standardseife) mit einer Länge von 7.4 cm, einer Höhe von 1.8 cm und einer Breite von 5.4 cm werden im folgenden die erfindungsgemäßen Schnittformen in Längs- und in Querrichtung der Mehrphasenseife beschrieben (3 Quertyp Mittelschnitt, perspektivische Ansicht und4 Längstyp Mittelschnitt, perspektivische Ansicht). Dieses ist nur ein Anwendungsbeispiel, da die verschiedenen Seifenformen deutlich in ihrer Länge, Höhe und Breite variieren können. - Ein Seifenstück der Standardform kann in zwei oder mehr Teile geteilt werden. Diese Teilung erfolgt im Sinne der Erfindung in Richtung der Längs- bzw. Querachse des Seifenstückes mit einem Winkel zwischen 0 bis 90°. Hieraus ergeben sich Seifenstücke mit unterschiedlichen Schnitttypen (
5 Quertyp Mittelschnitt, Seiten- und Aufsicht, verschiedene Schnittwinkel und6 Längstyp Mittelschnitt, Seiten- und Aufsicht, verschiedene Schnittwinkel) und unterschiedlichen Verhältnissen der Aufsichtsflächen der einzelnen Seifenphasen. Der tatsächliche Schnittwinkel ergibt sich als Folge der zu erzielenden Flächenverhältnisse, die zur Erkennung der einzelnen Seifenphasen notwendig sind. In Abhängigkeit vom Verhältnis der Höhe zur Länge der beschriebenen Standardseife von ca. 3.44 ergibt sich dann ein Winkel der Schnittfläche zwischen den Seifenphasen von ca. 14° bis 60° für den Quertyp und ein Winkel von ca. 20° bis 70° für den Längstyp. Dieser neue Schnittwinkel variiert in Abhängigkeit von der Form der Seife und ist technisch eine neuartige Anforderung bei der Herstellung der Seife und unterscheidet sich deutlich von den üblichen Schnittwinkeln von 0° (horizontaler Schnitt,2 ) oder 90° (vertikaler Schnitt,7 bzw.8 ). - Bei einer Zweiphasenseife des neuen diagonalen Typs ist das Mengenverhältnis beider Phasen identisch (unabhängig von der Schnittrichtung und vom Schnittwinkel), sofern der Schnittpunkt durch den Mittelpunkt der Seife geht (
5 Quertyp Mittelschnitt, Seiten- und Aufsicht, verschiedene Schnittwinkel und6 Längstyp Mittelschnitt, Seiten- und Aufsicht, verschiedene Schnittwinkel). Liegt der Schnittpunkt bei einer Zweiphasenseife des neuen diagonalen Typs außerhalb des Mittelpunktes, etwa durch horizontales oder vertikales Verschieben der Schnittfläche, ergibt sich ein Seifenstück mit. unterschiedlich großen Phasen (9 Quertyp verschobener Schnitt). - Anwendungstest
- 1. Haltbarkeitstest verschiedener Mehrphasenseifen
- Die mechanische Haltbarkeit einer Seife ist für die Tauglichkeit in der täglichen Anwendung von Bedeutung. Es wird nachgewiesen, dass Mehrphasenseifen mit. einem diagonalen Schnitt belastbarer sind als aufgrund der Schnittfläche zu erwarten gewesen wäre und im besonderen belastbarer als Seifen mit einem geraden vertikalen Schnitt (
7 /8 ). Mittels einer Vorrichtung (10 ) wurden Bruchversuche mit Gewichten an Seifen mit verschiedenen Designtypen und verschiedenen Kombinationen von Seifenformulierung durchgeführt. Die Vorrichtung verfügt über einen Hebelarm (5 ), der auf der einen Seite eine Platte (3 ) hat, auf der die Gewichte zur Belastung der Seife (4 ) gestellt werden können. Auf der anderen Seite ist der Hebelarm drehbar gelagert. Das Seifenstück (4 ) wird von einer flexiblen Halterung (6 ) getragen. Die Vorrichtung belastet das Seifenstück (4 ) mittig, um die eine Belastung in der täglichen Anwendung z. B. ein einfaches Herunterfallen zu simulieren. Die Seifenstücke wurden in zeitlicher Abfolge von jeweils zehn Sekunden mit Gewichten von fünf kg an aufwärts in 0.5 kg Schritten belastet. Sofern ein Gewicht gehalten wurde, wurde die Seife mit weiterem Gewicht belastet, bis der Bruch der Seife erfolgt. Tabelle Bruchstabilität - Es ist zu sehen, dass die Seifentypen mit dem diagonalen Design signifikant belastbarer sind und somit in der täglichen Anwendung eine deutlich größere Haltbarkeit besteht. Die Ergebnisse der Bruchversuche wurden durch Ver braucher in der täglichen Anwendung bestätigt,
- 2. Präferenztest bzgl. Design
- Die Verbraucherpräferenz wurde in einem Vergleichstest mit den drei Seifentypen horizontaler Schnitt (
2 ), vertikaler Schnitt (8 ) und dem erfindungsgemäßen diagonalen Schnitt (3 ) durchgeführt. Von100 befragten Personen haben drei Befragte den vertikalen Schnitttyp, vier Befragte den horizontalen Schnitttyp und 93 Befragte den neuen diagonalen Schnitttyp bevorzugt. Dies bedeutet, dass das neue Design mit einer Signifikanz von >99,9% ausgewählt wurde. - Durch die Neuartigkeit der harmonischen Zusammenfügung zweier Seifenphasen besteht ein Interesse an einer Anwendung.
- 3. Präferenztest bzgl. Duft'
- Die Verbraucherpräferenz Duft wurde in einem Vergleichstest mit zwei Zweiphasenseifenstücken durchgeführt: Ein Zweiphasenseifenstück A (gleiche Flächenanteile, diagonaler Schnitt durch den Mittelpunkt,
3 ) mit zwei unterschiedlichen Parfümierungen wurde verglichen gegen ein anderes konstruktionsgleiches Seifenstück B, welches mit einer 1 : 1-Mischung dieser beiden Kompositionen parfümiert wurde. Die Parfümkonzentration war mit 1% in beiden Seifenstücken gleich. - Es wurde gefunden, dass der Duft intensiver in dem Seifenstück mit den getrennten Parfümölen A wirkt. Beide Parfümöle werden parallel wahrgenommen, Der Duft erhält eine zusätzliche Dimension.
- 4. Formulierung
- Zusätzlich zum Parfümöl enthalten Seifen auch Wirkstoffe wie Kühlsubstanzen, UV-Filter, antibakterielle Wirkstoffe, Deowirkstoffe und andere, Diese Wirkstoffe sind häufig teuer und werden daher nur in geringen Mengen in Seifen eingearbeitet. Oftmals liegen die Konzentration der einzelnen Wirkstoffe unterhalb der Wirksamkeitsgrenze. In der neuen Zwei- oder Mehrphasenseife kann ein solcher Wirkstoff gezielt in eine der Seifenphasen eingearbeitet werden. Durch die Konzentration von Wirkstoffen in einem Teil der Seife wird eine gesteigerte Wirksamkeit bei der gezielten Anwendung der einen Seifenphase erzielt,
- 5. Erkennungsversuche
- Zur Erzielung eines sichtbaren Effektes bei einer Mehrphasenseife muss ein bestimmter Anteil von beiden Phasen in der Aufsicht bzw. von einem üblichen Betrachtungswinkel von ca. 45° aus zu erkennen sein. Im folgenden sind drei Versuche zur spontanen Erkennung von Mehrphasenseifen beschrieben.
- Die erste Seifenphase wird definiert als die Seifenphase mit dem größten sichtbaren Anteil bezogen auf die in der Aufsicht projizierte Fläche der Seife. Die zweite Seifenphase ist die Seifenphase mit dem zweitgrößten sichtbaren Anteil. Der sichtbare Anteil der zweiten und folgenden Seifenphasen wird als Verhältnis der projizierten Fläche der Seife zur ersten Seifenphase bzw. in Prozent an der Gesamtfläche ausgedrückt.
- Versuche für Seifen mit dem neuen diagonalen Typ: Zur Ermittlung der spontanen Erkennungswirkung von Mehrphasenseifen wurden sechs verschiedene Prüfergruppen von jeweils 20 Teilnehmern das zu beurteilende Seifenstück (Farbkombination grün-weiß,
3 ) für drei Sekunden in der Aufsicht aus einem Abstand von einem Meter gezeigt. Anschließend wurden die Teilnehmer nach dein Gesehenen und der Anzahl der verschiedenen Seifenphasen befragt. In diesen verbraucherorientierten Versuchen wurde gefunden, dass eine sehr gute Erkennungswirkung für den diagonalen Seifentyp besteht (Quertyp zweite Phase an einem Ende), wenn in der Aufsicht ab einem Flächenverhältnis von erster zu zweiter Seifenphase von ca. 5.6 : 1 bzw. ab einem Anteil von ca. 15% der zweiten Seifenphase an der Gesamtfläche gegeben ist. Unterhalb des Anteils von 10% sinkt die spontane Erkennung deutlich ab (siehe Tabelle "Erkennungsrate von Mehrphasenseifen Versuch 2"). Eilte schlechte Erkennungswirkung wird gefunden wenn ein Zweiphasenseifenstück mit dem horizontalen Design (2 , Farbkombination grün-weiß) aus einem Blickwinkel von ca. 45° betrachtet wird. Bei diesem Typ Zweiphasenseife ist keine Erkennung beider Phasen aus der direkten Aufsicht möglich. Bei einem Blickwinkel von 45° ergibt sich ebenfalls ein Verhältnis von 1 : 12,5 bzw. ca. 8% der sichtbaren Fläche für die zweite Seifenphase. - Formulierungsteil für verschiedene Seifentypen
- Für die Herstellung von Mehrphasenseifen können als Seifengrundmassen z. B. Alkaliseifen, Syndets oder Kombinationen von beiden verwendet werden. Bei allen Kombinationen der Seifengrundmassen ist der Wassergehalt der einzelnen Seifenformulierungen zu berücksichtigen. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Schrumpfung der einzelnen Seifenformulierungen kann es zur Trennung an der Kontaktfläche und damit zum Zerbrechen der Seife kommen. Durch die geeignete Einstellung des Wassergehaltes in den einzelnen Seifenformulierungen und das neue diagonale Design können zahlreiche Kombinationen von Seifenformulierungen für die Herstellung von stabilen Mehrphasenseifen verwendet werden.
- Da diese sogenannten festen Hautreinigungsmittel sich aufgrund von verschiedenen Zusätzen und eines speziellen Herstellungsverfahrens auch transparent oder opak herstellen lassen, sind die unterschiedlichsten Kombinationen, natürlich auch farbig, herstellbar.
- Mit den Mehrphasenseifen lassen sich Duftakkorde darstellen, die in rein weißen Seifen zu Verfärbungen führen würden. Bei der Herstellung der Mehrphasenseifen werden die Parfümölbestandteile, die zu Verfärbungen führen können, in dem farbigen Teil aufgenommen. Parfümölbestandteile, die zu Trübungen in transparenter Seife neigen, werden in der opaken oder nicht durchsichtigen Phase aufgenommen.
- Herstellungsverfahren
- Die Herstellung von Seifen ist bekannt (Soaps and Detergents, Luis Spitz, 0-935315-72-1 und Production of Soap, D. Osteroth, 3-921956-55-2). Die Herstellung der neuen Mehrphasenseifen erfolgte wie im folgenden Verfahren als Beispiel beschrieben: Als erstes werden die Seifengrundmassen mit den oben beschriebenen Additiven wie Parfümöl, kosmetische Inhaltstoffe, Farbstoffe, Stabilisatoren und weiteren Zusätzen versetzt und anschließend pilliert. Danach wurden die Seifenmassen bei einer Manteltemperatur von ca. 22°C und einer Kopftemperatur von ca. 45°C verstrangt,
- Die so erhaltenen Seifenstränge werden entsprechend der Seifenform zugeschnitten. Das Gleiche erfolgt für die Seifenstränge der zweiten Seifenphase, Anschließend werden die beide Seifenstränge parallel und diagonal entsprechend der späteren Schnittform und Designtyp im Winkel von 14° bis 70° zugeschnitten. Vor dem Stanzvorgang werden die so präparierten Seifenstränge über der Seifenform ausgerichtet. Der Stanzvorgang erfolgte je nach Typ der verwendeten Seifenstanzmaschine mit einem Anpressgewicht von ca. 1.0 bis 2.0 t bzw. einem Anpressdruck von 4 bis 10 bar. Bei diesem Stanzvorgang haben beide Seifenmassen eine Temperatur von ca. 40 bis 50°C.

Claims (6)
- Mehrphasenseife, bestehend aus zwei oder mehreren Phasen, die bei der Aufsicht und Seitenansicht gut sichtbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie nach einem Verfahren herstellbar ist, bei dem die einzelnen Phasen in Form von Seifensträngen gerade mit einem Winkel von 14° bis 70° diagonal geschnitten und die Schnittstellen unter Druck verbunden werden, so dass eine Verwölbung an den Schnittstellen entsteht.
- Mehrphasenseifen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Phase in der vertikalen, längs und quer Projektion zu mindestens 15 % bezogen auf die gesamte projizierte Fläche sichtbar ist.
- Mehrphasenseifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Phase in der vertikalen, längs und quer Projektion zu mindestens 20 % bezogen auf die gesamte projizierte Fläche sichtbar ist.
- Mehrphasenseifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 – 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Seifenphasen unterschiedliche Parfümöle, kosmetische Inhaltsstoffe, Farbstoffe und/oder weitere Zusätze enthalten.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mehrphasenseifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Phasen in Form von Seifensträngen gerade mit einem Winkel von 14° bis 70° diagonal geschnitten und die Schnittstellen unter Druck verbunden werden, so dass eine Verwölbung an den Schnittstellen entsteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mehrphasenseifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Phasen in Form von Seifensträngen gerade mit einem Winkel von 30° bis 55° diagonal geschnitten und die Schnittstellen unter Druck verbunden werden, so dass eine Verwölbung an den Schnittstellen entsteht.
