Abstract

Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, besteht die Kücheneinrichtung nach der Erfindung aus einem Kochfeld eines Gaskochgerätes mit einer Glas- oder Glaskeramikplatte 11, die in eine Arbeitsplatte 10 eingebaut ist. Der Unterbau 40 ist als Einbauherd mit Bedienfeld 41 und Backofen 42 ausgebildet. Vom dem Kochfeld sind zwei Plat tenfelder 12 und 13 gezeigt, die über Abgasführungen 14 und 15 mit durch einen vertikalen Abgaskanal 22 abgedeckten Abgas-Austrittsöffnugen 16 ver bunden sind, wie der Teilschnitt nach Fig. 2 zeigt. Der Abgaskanal 22 nimmt die Abgase 25 auf, die über die Abgas-Austrittsöffnungen 16 das Kochfeld verlassen. Unter der Glas- oder Glaskeramikplatte 11 sind die Gasstrahlungs brenner 17 für die Plattenfelder 12 und 13 angeordnet, wobei letztere auch eine Brennerplatte aufnehmen können. Das Abgas 25 gelangt über die obere Auslaßöffnung 29 des Abgaskanals 22 in die Dunstabzugshaube 20 und zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe der Abluft-Austrittsöffnung 21, die in die Befestigungswand der Dunstabzugshaube 20 eingebracht ist. Die beim Kochen zwischen Kochfeld und Dunstabzugshaube 20 auftretenden Dünste und Koch dämpfe 32 werden bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse der Dunstabzugshaube 20 großflächig angesaugt und über die Abluft-Austrittsöffnung 21, dem Wand durchbruch 31 direkt oder über einen weiteren Abluftkanal ins Freie geführt. Die von der Dunstabzugshaube 20 angesaugten Dünste und Kochdämpfe 32 werden als Abluft der Abluft-Austrittsöffnung 21 zusammen mit dem Abgas 25 zugeführt.
