Abstract
Trägersystem für ein zerbrechliches Substrat einer Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung umfassend:
– eine mikroporöse, anorganische Isolierschicht, die daran angepasst ist, dass sie mit mindestens einem Teil des zerbrechlichen Substrats direkt oder indirekt in Eingriff steht; und
– eine flexible faserige Befestigungsmatte, die daran angepasst ist, dass sie mit mindestens einem Teil des zerbrechlichen Substrats direkt oder indirekt in Eingriff steht.
– eine mikroporöse, anorganische Isolierschicht, die daran angepasst ist, dass sie mit mindestens einem Teil des zerbrechlichen Substrats direkt oder indirekt in Eingriff steht; und
– eine flexible faserige Befestigungsmatte, die daran angepasst ist, dass sie mit mindestens einem Teil des zerbrechlichen Substrats direkt oder indirekt in Eingriff steht.
Claims (20)
- Trägersystem für ein zerbrechliches Substrat einer Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung umfassend: – eine mikroporöse, anorganische Isolierschicht, die daran angepasst ist, dass sie mit mindestens einem Teil des zerbrechlichen Substrats direkt oder indirekt in Eingriff steht; und – eine flexible faserige Befestigungsmatte, die daran angepasst ist, dass sie mit mindestens einem Teil des zerbrechlichen Substrats direkt oder indirekt in Eingriff steht.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 1, worin die anorganische Isolierschicht fein verteiltes Metalloxid und ein Trübungsmittel umfasst, gegebenenfalls weiterhin umfassend verstärkende anorganische Faser.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 2, worin das fein verteilte Metalloxid mindestens eines von pyrogenen Kieselsäuren, Lichtbogenkieselsäuren, alkaliarmen Fällungskieselsäuren, Siliciumdioxid-Aerogelen, pyrogen hergestellten Aluminiumoxiden, Lichtbogen-Aluminiumoxide, alkaliarme gefällte Aluminiumoxide, Aluminiumoxid-Aerogele sowie Mischungen davon umfasst.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 2, worin das Trübungsmittel mindestens Ilmenit, Titandioxid, Eisen-II-Eisen-III-Mischoxid, Chromdioxid, Zirkonoxid, Mangandioxid, Eisenoxid, Rutil, Zirkonsilikat, Siliciumcarbid und Mischungen davon umfasst.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 2, worin die verstärkende Faser Fasern von wenigstens einem von Aluminiumsilikat, Magnesiumsilikat, Steinwolle, textile Glasfasern oder Quarzfasern oder deren Kombination umfasst.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 2, worin die anorganische Isolierschicht Siliciumdioxid und Zirkonsilikat und gegebenenfalls ein verstärkendes Glasfilament umfasst.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 6, worin die anorganische Isolierschicht eine spezifische Wärmekapazität von etwa 0,8 kJ/kgK für Temperaturen von etwa 20°C bis etwa 800°C hat.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 1, worin die anorganische Isolierschicht einen Elastizitätsmodul, von größer als ungefähr 3 MPa für Dehnungen von weniger als 0,02 hat und eine Schüttdichte von größer als oder gleich etwa 260 kg/m3 hat.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 1, worin die anorganische Isolierschicht eine Wärmeleitfähigkeit von weniger als 0,055 W/mK für mittlere Temperaturen von weniger als 1000°C hat.
- Trägersystem nach Anspruch 1, worin die anorganische Isolierschicht eine Schüttdichte zwischen etwa 260 kg/m3 und etwa 520 kg/m3 hat.
- Eine Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung umfassend ein zerbrechliches Substrat und das Trägersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1–10.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, zusätzlich umfassend ein metallisches Gehäuse, welches das zerbrechliche Substrat, die mikroporöse anorganische Isolierschicht und die Befestigungsmatte umschließt.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, worin die anorganische Isolierschicht mit dem zerbrechlichen Substrat direkt in Eingriff steht.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, worin die faserige Befestigungsmatte zwischen der anorganischen Isolierschicht und dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, worin die faserige Befestigungsmatte im Wesentlichen nicht anschwellend ist.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, worin die faserige Befestigungsmatte direkt mit dem zerbrechlichen Substrat in Eingriff steht.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, worin die faserige Befestigungsmatte anschwellend ist.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, umfassend eine Vielzahl von faserigen Befestigungsmatten.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, worin das genannte zerbrechliche Substrat ein katalytischer Umwandlungs-Monolith oder ein Dieselpartikelfilter ist, der an die Aufnahme von Abgasen aus einer Verbrennungsmaschine angepasst ist.
- Abgasbehandlungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, worin das zerbrechliche Substrat in einer selektiven Katalysator-Reduktionseinheit, einer NOx Falle oder einem chemisch-industriellen Emissionsschacht angeordnet ist.
