Abstract
Fig. 1The aim and the object of the invention is to develop a process for the permanent patterning of velvets and velourses containing native and regenerated cellulose pulps and to carry out this process continuously. The task is solved by the fact that the velvets or Veloure are equipped continuously before or during a Knautschprozess with synthetic resin. Fig. 1
Description
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a method for the continuous permanent patterning of velvets and velours.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
Methods are already known according to which velvets or velourses are patterned discontinuously in a crumbling process, for example in a tumbler, by hot water or high-temperature treatment.
According to DE-OS 2926478 a device for continuous creasing of velvets and velours is known. Main part of this device is a perforated compression tube, which is arranged in a filled with heated water tub. A tub of cold water to fix the crumple folds is arranged downstream of the first tub. By means of this device, it is possible to pattern fabrics made of thermoplastic fibers arbitrarily.
Velvet or velor fabrics made of virgin or regenerated cellulose pulp fabrics can not be permanently patterned in this way because there is no fixation of the fibers. If such fabrics are subjected to a Knautschfaltenmusterung, it requires an additional impregnation with synthetic resins and fixation of the same. These operations, impregnation, drying, creasing and fixation, in whatever order they are used, must, as is known, be carried out discontinuously, which makes the overall process very complicated and time-consuming.
Moreover, with synthetic resin equipment following the patterning, the contours are obscured by the wet process.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to develop a process for the permanent patterning of velvets and velours containing native or regenerated cellulose fiber materials, while excluding the aforementioned disadvantages.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
It is the object of the invention to permanently pattern velvets and velourses containing native or regenerated cellulose fiber fabrics in one continuous operation.
The object is achieved in that the velvets or Veloure be continuously equipped before or during a Knautschprozesses with synthetic resin.
Preferably, velvets or velourses are patterned containing native or regenerated cellulosic fibers in the pole.
The velvet or velor is either impregnated on a pad with a synthetic resin precondensate solution and squeezed, then supplied stranded a crushing device and crumpled under the action of direct steam, at the same time the Kunstharzvorkondensat is condensed, or the velvet or velor is stranded supplied without impregnation of the crushing device and crumpled and at the same time impregnated with the Kunstharzvorkondensatflotte located in Knautschbehälter. Subsequently, in both cases, the velvet or velor is peeled off, spread, dried, fixed and decondensed.
