Abstract
Fig. 4The invention relates to a rotary cropping shear for high-speed wire rod, which cuts in high-performance wire rolling mills the inadequate quality start and end pieces and in which the roll passes through a swivel tube between two knife heads and through a spout part with two separate channels. The aim of the invention is to avoid interference in the rolling line through the separating cut and thus increase the reliability of operation of cropping shear of the type mentioned. Thus, the invention has for its object to make the cutting process between the rotating cutter heads in the subsequent outlet part so that the necessary components of movement in the knife heads and in the outlet part are in one direction. According to the invention, the object is achieved in that in the cutting plane of the knife head, starting from the Messerbrustflaeche to the opposite knife back side, the cutter head diameter increases and preferably expires in height of the rear knife edge. Description
The rolling stock 1 passes through the gimbal-mounted and pneumatically movable pivot tube 2, in its lowest position in the sliding block 6, as shown in Fig.8. The wire running plane corresponds to the specified section B 1 -B 1 in Fig. 1 Here, the Öbermesserkopf 3, the maximum radius R 01 and the lower cutter head 4, the minimum radius Rg 1 on. The rolling needle tip moves in a straight line through the pivoting tube 2 and into the guide opening 7 formed by the cutter heads and enters the scrap-conveying channel 9 of the outlet part 5 (FIG. 2). By operating a pneumatic cylinder acting on the pivot tube 2, the pivot tube 2 is moved in a known manner in the guide track 13 of the sliding block 6 (Figure 8), wherein at the same time via a lever sleeve arranged on the pivot tube a guide element - to synchronize the transverse movement of the rolling stock up to the knives - Engages in the guide caliber 14 of the cutterhead. If the rolling stock 1 during the pivoting operation of the pivot tube 2 in the working plane of upper blade 11 and lower blade 12 - which corresponds to the section B 2 -B 2 in Fig. 3 - so the running scraping end (Schopfstück) is pressed by the leading upper blade 11 during the dicing process down and the subsequent Gutaderspitze raised by the trailing lower blade 12. Thus, the movement of the scrap piece is supported in the downwardly facing scrap guide channel 9 of the outlet part 5 and the movement of the following loader above the deflector 8 in the Gutaderkanal 10. Due to the rotation of the cutter heads, the loader tip is raised further due to the maximum diameter R U3 of the lower cutter head 4 in this section of the wire guide plane. After the dicing process, the pivot tube 2 enters the upper end position of the guide track 13 in the sliding block 6. In this position, the rolling element-as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 - passes through the assemblies pivot tube 2, cutter heads and outlet part 5 completely straight. In the area of the cutter heads, in this position the guide opening 7 is formed by the minimum diameter R 0 3 of the upper cutter head 3 and the maximum diameter R U3 of the lower cutter head 4.
