Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von fluessigen, tuschierfaehigen, maschinell zu verarbeitende pigmentfreie Kantenbeiztusche fuer Moebelbauteile mit Dekorbeschichtung. Diese wischfeste und lichtechte Kantenbeiztusche ist in verschiedenen Kantentuschieranlagen universell einsetzbar. Sie verhaertet nicht in Bauteilen dieser Anlagen, da sie vollstaendig geloest ist, also keinerlei Farbpigmente aufweist. Das Ziel der Erfindung besteht darin, die bekannten Nachteile abzuloesen, um dadurch den oekonomischen Effekt des maschinellen Kantenbeizens zu ermoeglichen, bzw. diesen zu erhoehen, sowie die Kantentuschqualitaet zu verbessern. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die mit Nachteilen behafteten Beizen fuer Kantentuschieranlagen durch qualitativ verbesserte Beizen zu ersetzen, die im technologischen Arbeitsprozess einen hoeheren oekonomischen Nutzeffekt ergeben.The invention relates to the production of liquid, spongy, machine-to-process pigment-free Kantenbeiztusche for furniture components with decorative coating.
