Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Naszziehen an Einzelzuegen, Mehrfach-Ziehmaschinen oder Naszziehmaschinen so zu gestalten, dasz die uebliche vorherige Oberflaechenbehandlung, wie Kaelken, Phosphatieren, Oxalatieren, Boraxen, Verkupfern oder Verzinnen, zum Erzeugen einer Traegerschicht auf dem Draht entfallen kann. Diese Aufgabe ist nach der Erfindung mit einem Naszziehverfahren geloest, bei dem eine aus einer organischen Fluessigkeit und einem darin enthaltenen Schmierstoff bestehende Ziehfluessigkeit verwendet wird, wobei als organische Fluessigkeit Trichloraethylen, Benzol, Chlor-Fluor-Kohlenwasserstoffe, Fluor-Brom-Kohlenwasserstoffe, Chlor-Brom-Fluor-Kohlenwasserstoffe, Trifluoraceton oder Mischungen davon und als Schmierstoff Kalzium- oder Zinkstearat verwendt.werden.The invention relates to the field of metallurgy and is applicable to wire drawing.
