Abstract
Způsob testování mikro a nano povlaků na Al a Fe materiálech, zejména u forem pro lisování hotových výrobků vybraných ze skupiny pneumatika, podrážka obuvi a rohož, s využitím testovací formy, která obsahuje alespoň tři testovací vložky z Al slitiny a tři testovací vložky z Al slitiny s Fe lamelami, které mají stejné složení jako samotné formy pro lisování hotových výrobků, spočívá v tom, že sealespoň dvě testovací vložky z Al slitiny a alespoň dvě testovací vložky z Al slitiny s Fe lamelami opatří navzájem různými testovanými mikro a nano povlaky a do takto upravených testovacích vložek se vloží polotvar o velikosti 25 až 35 × 25 až 35 × 65 až 75 mm a hmotnosti 85 až 95 g, obsahující 36 až 39 % hmotn. kaučuku, 28 až 32 % hmotn. plnidla, 9 až 11 % hmotn. změkčovadla, 3 až 5 % hmotn. vulkanizační činidla, 15 až 17 % hmotn. zpevňovacího materiálu, 0,8 až 1,2 % hmotn. chemické látky zvyšující odolnost a životnost pneumatiky a/nebo zlepšující jejich ekologické vlastnosti a 0,8 až 1,2 % hmotn. ostatní látky, načež se testovací forma uloží mezi horní a spodní elektricky vyhřívané desky o teplotě 150 až 170 °C a polotovar se lisuje po dobu 540 až 660 s s dotlačovacím tlakem 17 až 19 MPa, a poté se provede ruční odformování výlisků z formy, načež se provádí vzájemné porovnávání jednotlivých výlisků a jejich další kvalitativní zkoumání pro volbu vhodných mikro a nano povlaků.
