Abstract

Předmětem vynálezu je mobilní zařízení pro nedestruktivní fluorescenční rozlišení, zobrazení a kvantifikaci mikroorganismů, zejména plísní, bakterií, řas, sinic, mechů a lišejníků, na povrchu materiálů zahrnující zdroj excitačního záření pro excitaci detekovaného povrchu materiálu a kameru pro fluorescenční snímání excitovaného povrchu materiálu opatřenou paměťovým modulem pro ukládání snímků z kamery, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že dále zahrnuje excitační optickou komoru s otvorem pro umístění na detekovaný povrch materiálu, ve které jsou uzavřeny soustava zdrojů excitačního záření, kamera, soustava optických emisních filtrů posuvných jednotlivě do zorného pole kamery a propouštějících vlnové délky odpovídající fluorescenčním signálům vyvolaným excitačním zářením zdrojů excitačního záření a charakteristickým pro jednotlivé skupiny organismů a řadič emisních filtrů pro posun optických emisních filtrů do zorného pole kamery.
