Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μια σύνθεση τροφίμων που αποτελείται κυρίως ή αποκλειστικά από γαλακτοκομικά προϊόντα, η οποία παρουσιάζει μια μηχανική συμπεριφορά παρόμοια με εκείνη των προϊόντων σοκολάτας ή παρόμοια, από μια στερεή και εύθραυστη υφή στο δάχτυλο σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου (περίπου 20°C), με μια υφή που λιώνει στο στόμα, μέχρι την υφή ενός πολτού για επάλειψη, τη διαδικασία παρασκευής της και τη χρήση της για την παρασκευή επεξεργασμένων προϊόντων διατροφής.
