Abstract
Αποκαλύπτονται γονίδια που είναι δυσρυθμισμένα σε βλαστοκύτταρα καρκίνου (π.χ., βλαστοκύτταρα μελανώματος). Μέθοδοι που περιλαμβάνουν ρύθμιση (π.χ., διέγερση, αναστολή, κ.λπ.) της δραστικότητας των σχετικών με βλαστοκύτταρο καρκίνου γονίδια χρησιμοποιούνται για να θεραπεύονται άτομα που έχουν μελάνωμα.
