Abstract

Μια πρωτεϊνούχα τροφή που έχει συνολική περιεκτικότητα σε πρωτεΐνες από 45% κατά βάρος έως 55% κατά βάρος περιλαμβάνει Vicia faba (κουκιά) και πρωτεΐνη μπιζελιού.
