Abstract

Μέθοδος για την ανάκτηση κοιτασμάτων πετρελαίου ή άλλων υδρογονανθράκων από έναν υπόγειο σχηματισμό κάτω από έναν επιφανειακό σχηματισμό, με την εν λόγω μέθοδο να περιλαμβάνει τις βαθμίδες: παροχής νερού παραγωγής, με το εν λόγω νερό παραγωγής να έχει μια πρώτη αλμυρότητα, επεξεργασία του εν λόγω νερού παραγωγής για σχηματισμό ενός υδατικού ρευστού που έχει μια αλμυρότητα χαμηλότερη από την εν λόγω πρώτη αλμυρότητα, έγχυσης του εν λόγω επεξεργασμένου υδατικού ρευστού μέσα στον υπόγειο σχηματισμό διαδοχικά είτε πριν από, είτε/και μετά από την έγχυση ενός δεύτερου ρευστού μέσα στον εν λόγω σχηματισμό, και, συλλογής των υδρογονανθράκων που εκτοπίζονται από τα ρευστά που εγχέονται, όπου στην εν λόγω μέθοδο, το εν λόγω δεύτερο ρευστό που εγχέεται περιλαμβάνει διοξείδιο του άνθρακα.
