Abstract

Se describe un método de recuperación de petróleo mejorada de zonas de petróleo en una formación geológica subterránea, y a partir de zonas de petróleo, el método comprende: una primera etapa de inyección en la que se inyecta una primera composición que comprende CO2 dentro de la formación geológica subterránea durante un período de tiempo; una segunda etapa de inyección para inyectar una segunda composición que comprende CO2 y un hidrocarburo dentro de la formación geológica subterránea por un período de tiempo, en donde la primera composición y la segunda composición son diferentes; y extraer petróleo de la formación geológica subterránea.
