Abstract

Πλοίο εφοδιασμένο με πρωραίο υδροδυναμικό αγωγό διαχείρισης της ροής κατά τον πλου του πλοίου, ο οποίος αγωγός αποτελείται από δύο πλευρικά τοιχώματα με διατομή αεροτομής (2, 3) εκατέρωθεν των παρειών της πλώρης συνδεδεμένα με ένα οριζόντιο ή υπό κλίση τμήμα τοιχώματος (1) με διατομή αεροτομής, όπου ο αγωγός μπορεί να κινείται στην κατακόρυφη διεύθυνση μεταξύ θέσεων (a) και (b) και συμβάλλει στη μείωση των αντιστάσεων κυματισμού και τριβής με τη διαφοροποίηση της ροής εντός από τη ροή εκτός του αγωγού σε συνεργασία με πλώρη, η οποία έχει κατά το διάμηκες εκτεινόμενα ευθύγραμμα ή κυρτά τοιχώματα (102, 103). Τα πλευρικά τοιχώματα (2, 3) έχουν το χείλος εκφυγής τους σε σταθερή απόσταση από τα τοιχώματα (102,103) της πλώρης, ενώ για αισθητικούς λόγους περιλαμβάνουν κινητές επενδύσεις με διατομή αεροτομής (2', 3') ή εσωτερικά ελάσματα (20',30'), τα οποία αναπτύσσονται προεξέχοντας έξωθεν κατά τον πλου του πλοίου και συμπτύσσονται έσωθεν όταν το πλοίο βρίσκεται σταθμευμένο σε λιμένα προορισμού.
