Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια διάταξη στην οποία μόρια ικανά να αντιδρούν με αναλυτές που πρέπει να ανιχνευθούν, ακινητοποιούνται σε μια επιφάνεια έτσι ώστε οι αναφερθέντες αναλύτες συνδέονται και μπορούν να ανιχνευθούν σε μια ακόλουθη αντίδραση ή σε αρκετά στάδια αντίδρασης. Σύμφωνα με την εφεύρεση, δυο τουλάχιστον τέτοιου είδους επιφάνειες συνδυάζονται με ένα γραφικά συνδεδεμένο τρόπο, με τη μια από τις αναφερθείσες επιφάνεια να χρησιμοποιείται για την ανίχνευση ενός αναλυτή και την άλλη να χρησιμοποιείται για την επαλήθευση ή την ποσοτικοποίηση του αναλύτη. Οι αναφερθείσες επιφάνειες ενσωματώνονται έτσι ώστε να εισέρχονται ταυτόχρονα σε επαφή με μια μήτρα δείγματος. Η εφευρετική διάταξη και μια αντίστοιχη μέθοδος μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν σε όλα τα διαγνωστικά πεδία, ειδικά στην ιατρική διαγνωστική όπως η διάγνωση αλλεργιών, λοιμώξεων, ο καθορισμός των ομάδων, οι διαγνώσεις DΝΑ/RΝΑ, οι φαρμακολογικές και τοξικολογικές διαγνώσεις, καθώς επίσης και στη διατροφική διαγνωστική, την κτηνιατρική διαγνωστική ή την περιβαλλοντική διαγνωστική.
