Abstract

Μια μέθοδος δια την αποικοδόμηση και την τριβοχημική ενεργοποίηση ειδικότερα ανοργάνων υλών με κρυσταλλική δομή, κατά την οποίαν τα υλικά εκκινήσεως κατατεμαχίζονται (αποικοδομούνται) δια της επιδράσεως μετώπων πιέσεως ωθήσεως με μια διάρκεια παλμού μικρότερα από 10 μs και μια ακόλουθο συχνότητα μεγαλύτερα από 8 KHz επί ενός μεγέθους τεμαχιδίου μικρότερο από 1 μm, μετά από την οποία δημιουργείται ένα συσσωμάτωμα ενεργοποιημένων ανάμεικτων κρυστάλλων, το οποίο διαθέτει μια αυξημένη ικανότητα δια τον μεταβαλλόμενο σχηματισμό κρυστάλλων κατά την προσαγωγή ύδατος. Η διάρκεια επιδράσεως των μετώπων πιέσεως ωθήσεως διεξάγεται έως ότου προκληθεί μια καταστροφή της δομής του κρυσταλλικού δικτυώματος των τεμαχιδίων (30). Η διάταξη δια την αποικοδόμηση και την τριβοχημική ενεργοποίηση αυτών των υλών βασίζεται σε περιστρεφόμενους δίσκους, επί των οποίων είναι διατεταγμένα μορφοποιημένα σώματα με αεροδυναμικώς διαμορφωμένα προφίλ, τα οποία κινούνται συνεχώς εις την διηχητική περιοχή ταχύτητος και δημιουργούν επί των επιφανειών απορροής μέτωπα πιέσεως ωθήσεως.
