Abstract

Το σύστημα παρακολούθησης και εξ αποστάσεως ενεργοποίησης συναγερμού για άτομα που υπόκεινται σε περιορισμό κινήσεων εμπεριέχει μια σταθερή μονάδα στην περιοχή όπου το άτομο μπορεί να κινηθεί και ένα εξατομικευμένο στοιχείο βραχιολιού εφαρμοσμένο πάνω στο άτομο που υπόκειται σε περιορισμό κινήσεων. Η σταθερή μονάδα είναι διευθετημένη ώστε να δημιουργεί μια ηλεκτρομαγνητική σύνδεση με το ατομικό στοιχείο και μια σύνδεση μέσω μιας τηλεφωνικής γραμμής σε ένα κέντρο λειτουργιών. Η σταθερή μονάδα είναι εξοπλισμένη με ένα CPU (7) συσχετιζόμενο με ένα αναγνώστη δακτυλικών αποτυπωμάτων (10) και ράδιο-δέκτη (9) διευθετημένο ώστε να αλληλεπιδρά με ένα παρόμοιο ράδιο-πομπό (4) εφαρμοσμένο μέσα στο ατομικό στοιχείο μαζί με ένα CPU (3), το οποίο ελέγχει την λειτουργία του. Παρέχονται μέσα, κάτω από τον έλεγχο των CPUs, για την ανίχνευση οποιασδήποτε διακοπής ή /και ανωμαλιών στη σύνδεση μεταξύ της σταθερής μονάδας και του ατομικού στοιχείου και να στέλνει ένα συναγερμό στο κέντρο ελέγχου; επίσης εφαρμόζονται μέθοδοι (5) ανίχνευσης απόπειρας παραβίασης ή σαμποτάζ.
