Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια μέθοδο για την παραγωγή μιας κάρτας εγγράφου πολλών στρώσεων, ειδικότερα μιας κάρτας ταυτότητας από συνθετικό, όπου η κάρτα παρουσιάζει έναν πυρήνα της κάρτας με τουλάχιστον μία στρώση πυρήνα κάρτας, μια στρώση κάλυψης πάνω σε τουλάχιστον μία πλευρά του πυρήνα της κάρτας και στρώσεις κολλητικής ουσίας μεταξύ των μεμονωμένων στρώσεων καρτών και ο πυρήνας της κάρτας είναι μονόπλευρα ή αμφίπλευρα τυπωμένος, με τα ακόλουθα στάδια της μεθόδου: Διάθεση των τυπωμένων στρώσεων του πυρήνα της κάρτας, διάθεση των στρώσεων κάλυψης, παροχή των στρώσεων κολλητικής ουσίας πάνω στις μεμονωμένες στρώσεις κάλυψης και/ή πυρήνα, τοποθέτηση στην ακριβή θέση των μεμονωμένων στρώσεων της κάρτας της μιας πάνω στην άλλη, σύνδεση των στρώσεων της κάρτας σε μια πρέσα στρωματοποίησης κάτω από επίδραση πίεσης και θερμότητας, όπου σε τουλάχιστον μια στρώση κολλητικής ουσίας χρησιμοποιείται ένα σύστημα κολλητικών ουσιών που δικτυώνεται κάτω από επίδραση πίεσης και/ή θερμότητας με ένα θερμοπλαστικό συνθετικό συστατικό και ένα συστατικό μέσου δικτύωσης.
