Μία νέα μάζα επίστρωσης τροφίμων που περιέχει ένα ελεύθερο αποσκληρυντικού, υδαρές εναιώρημα συμπολυμερών πολυβινυλεστέρα αποτελούμενο από πολυμερή γαλακτώματος, γαλακτωματοποιητή, προστατευτικό κολλοειδές και ενδεχομένως και περαιτέρω σταθεροποιητές είναι εξαιρετικά κατάλληλο για την κατεργασία ή την επίστρωση εξωτερικών επιφανειών σκληρού τυριού ή τυριού κοπής σε φέτες, αλλά επίσης και προϊόντων κρέατος, φρούτων, ξηρών καρπών ή υλικού σποράς.
