Zahřívání části kontinuálního pásového materiálu
Oblast techniky
Vynález se týká způsobu zahřívání části kontinuální-ho pásového materiálu infračerveným světlem, při němž seužívá infračervené lampy nebo řady infračervených lamp, o-patřených odrazovými stínítky, které koncentrují světlo doomezené oblasti na povrchu termoplastického materiálu.
Dosavadní stav techniky
Zahřívání omezené oblasti pásu obalového materiáluz termoplastické hmoty působením infračerveného světla kzískání zahřáté oblasti například pro hluboké tažení částíz plastické hmoty je známé. V průmyslu obalových materiálů se používá kontinu-álních materiálů k výrobě obalů, lýto materiály jsou ob-vykle složeny z papíru nebo lepenky a tyto části jsou naobou stranách překryty termoplastickým materiálem, část la-minátu může také tvořit hliníková fólie.
Po výrobě je laminát rozřezán na části s vhodnou šíř-kou a skladován na navíjecích válcích. V balicím stroji jepak materiál zpracován na trubici, na níž jsou pak provedenypříčné sváry, v nichž se materiál rozřeže a zpracuje na vý-sledné obaly. Ve většině případů je nutné chránit vnitřníhranu laminátu při zpracování materiálu na tvar trubice. Toje možno provést volným proužkem termoplastického materiálu,který se navaří proti vnitřní straně laminátu nebo také pře-hnutím úzkého pásu termoplastického materiálu, který vyčnívápřes laterální okraj laminátu.
Termoplastický okraj, který může být laminován spolu s lnoucí hliníkovou fólií, je pak v plnicím stroji přehnut 2 přes otevřený okraj laminátu a přitaven k povrchu termoplas-tické části laminátu. Je tedy zapotřebí plastickou hmotu za-hřát před přehnutím okraje tak, aby došlo k přitavení okra-je k povrchu laminátu. V tomto případě je žádoucí zahřát kontinuální pás materiálu v omezené oblasti. Také při použitívolných proužků plastické hmoty je žádoucí toto zahřátí ome-zené oblasti kontinuálního pásu materiálu. Až dosud se okraj kontinuálního materiálu před za-hnutím zahříval horkým vzduchem tak, že proud horkého vzdu-chu byl směrován z trysky k okraji kontinuálního pásu mate-riálu. Tímto způsobem je možno dosáhnout rozptýleného účin-ku, který je nesnadné nějakým způsobem omezit. Kromě okrajelaminátu se zahřívá také okraj termoplastického materiálu,takže se stává měkkým, což není vhodné při následujícím ohý-bání. K tomu dochází zejména tehdy, kdy je termoplastickýokraj laminován s hliníkovou fólií vzhledem k tomu, že můžedojít ke vzniku trhlin nebo k nakrčení tenké hliníkové fó-lie, takže výsledný útvar není zcela plynotěsný, což můžezpůsobit nesterilitu aseptického balení. Ohýbání je možnoprovést řadou válečků, skloněných v různém úhlu nebo pomocípásu, který způsobí přehnutí okrajů.
Vynález si klade za úkol navrhnout nový způsob za-hřívání části kontinuálního pásového materiálu, aniž by přitom docházelo k zahřátí přilehlých částí tohoto materiálu.
Podstata vynálezu
Způsobem podle vynálezu je tento problém vyřešen tak,že termoplastický povrch je uložen na kontinuálním materiálukterý je tvořen vrstvou papíru nebo lepenky s nalaminovanoutermoplastickou hmotou.
Povaha postupu a jeho provedení budou lépe zřejméz následujícího pópisu, kde bude postup vysvětlen pomocívýkresů.
• Výkresy A
Na obr. 1 je schematicky znázorněno směrování infra-červeného světla na kontinuální pásový materiál pomocí in- , fračervené lampy.
Na obr. 2 je schematicky znázorněna část kontinuál-ního pásového materiálu.
Na výkresech jsou znázorněny pouze ty podrobnosti,které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení smyslu způsobu podle vy-nálezu. Přiklad
Na obr. 1 je znázorněna infračervená lampa JL, můžebýt užit také větší počet, zařazený v sérii. Infračervenálampa je opatřena odrazovým stínítkem 2t které má předemurčenou vzdálenost k ohnisku J, kde dochází ke koncentracipaprsků. Uložením infračerveně lampy ji s odrazovým stínít-kem 2 do určité vzdálenosti od kontinuálního pásu £ mate-riálu je možno uložit ohnisko J do vzdálenosti A od nebonad kontinuálním pásem £ materiálu. To znamená, že zářeníza ohniskem je rozptýleno do šířky B na kontinuálním pá-su V případě, že se vzdálenost A zvětšuje, zvětšuje setaké šířka B a obráceně. To znamená, že šířka B vymezujeoblast 2 na obalovém materiálu, tato oblast je zahřívána.
Počet infračervených lamp 1., spojených za sebou zá-visí na rychlosti pohybu kontinuálního pásu čím většíje tato rychlost, tím větší musí být počet infračervenýchlamp uložených za sebou a zařazených vedle sebe, aby bylomožno dosáhnout požadovaného účinku.
Na obr. 1 je rovněž znázorněn okraj % termoplastic- kého materiálu, vyčnívající laterálně a popřípadě laminovaný s hliníkovou fólií. V případě, že kontinuální pás materiálu procházíkolem infračervené lampy JL nebo většího počtu infračerve-ných lamp, spojených vedle sebe za vzniku baterie, docházík zahřátí termoplastického povrchu kontinuálního pásu nateplotu, která odpovídá teplotě tání tohoto termoplastické-ho materiálu v oblasti 2, která se nechází bezprostředněsměrem dovnitř od okraje 2· Oblast 2 je pak tvořena zónou,která je uložena podél okraje 2 kontinuálního pásu mate-riálu, ve směru pohybu kontinuálního pásu £. V případě, že zahřívání je tímto způsobem fyzikálněvymezeno, nedochází k zahřátí okraje který je pak možnosnadno zahnout při následujícím zpracování například připoužití válečků nebo pásů a pak pevně svařit s kontinuálnímpásem £ materiálu za vzniku stejnoměrného a hladkého spoje-ní bez jakéhokoliv rizika poškození hliníkové fólie, kterámůže lnout k termoplastickému materiálu a na níž by přinestejnoměrném nebo přílišném zahřátí mohly vzniknout trhli-ny nebo místa s nakrčením fólie.
Na obr. 2 je znázorněna Část kontinuálního pásu £materiálu, který je v oblasti 2» která má být zahřáta předzahnutím okraje opatřen barevným proužkem \6. Tento barevnýproužek je na kontinuální pás předběžně natisknut součas-ně s grafickým potiskováním tohoto obalového materiálu. Ba-revný proužek 6 má tmavé, matové zbarvení, s výhodou je čer-ný. Infračervená lampa 1 se volí tak, aby byla její vlnovádélka snadno pohlcována černou barvou. Při zahřívání infračervenou lampou 1. bude barevnýproužek 6 absorbovat teplo, praktické pokusy ukázaly, žetímto způsobem je možno snížit energetické náklady na za-hřívání až o 50 %,
Barevný proužek 6 rovněž přispívá ke koncentraci te- pelného záření tak, že pouze nepatrné množství tepla je roz- ptýleno vně barevného proužku £.
Jak bude zřejmé z toho, co bylo uvedeno, je možnozpůsobem podle vynálezu zahřívat omezenou oblast kontinuál-ního pásu materiálu, aniž by přitom došlo k zahřívání ji-ných částí tohoto materiálu, především okraje z termoplas-tické hmoty, který by mohl být ovlivněn působením tepla sevšemi negativními důsledky pro následující zahnutí.
Je zřejmé, že způsob podle vynálezu nemůže být omezenna popsaná provedení vzhledem k tomu, že je možno navrhnoutcelou řadu provedení a modifikací, rovněž spadajících dosmyslu a oboru způsobu podle vynálezu.

- - 6 - PATENTOVÉ NÁROKY1. Zahřívání části kontinuálního pásového materiáluinfračerveným světlem, při němž se užívá infračervené lampynebo řady těchto lamp, opatřených odrazovým stínítkem k za-hřívání vymezené oblasti termoplastického povrchu, vyzna-čující se tím, že tento termoplastický povrch je uložen na kontinuálním pásu (4) materiálu, který je tvo-řen papírem nebo lepenkou, které jsou opatřeny vrstvou ter-moplastického materiálu a tvoří s ním laminát. /93 ro k,ij
