Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás infravörös lámpával történő hevítésre,melynek során egy infravörös lámpát (1) vagy sugárzáskoncentrálóreflektorral ellátott lámpatelepet használnak a rétegelt, hőre lágyulóanyaggal bevont felület hevítésére, ahol a rétegelt anyag papír- vagykartonlap, melyre jellemző, hogy a rétegelt, folytonos anyagtekercs(4) egyik oldala mentén, a tekercs (4) mozgásának irányában, keskenyfelületet hevítenek, majd a tekercs (4) külső, kiálló,visszahajlításra alkalmas, hőre lágyuló élét (5) a hevítés után akeskeny felület fölé hajlítják. ŕ

Description

A találmány tárgya hevítési eljárás, amelynek során tekercselt, folytonos, rétegelt anyag hőre lágyuló részét infravörös lámpával vagy lámpateleppel melegítjük.
Ismeretesek eljárások hőre lágyuló réteggel bevont csomagolóanyagok infravörös lámpával történő részleges felmelegítésére. A csomagolástechnikában használI nak folytonos anyagfolyamokat, melyek papírból vagy i kartonból vannak, és mindkét oldaluk hőre lágyuló anyaggal van bevonva. A rétegelt anyag egy része lehet alumíniumfólia.
I Az előállítás után a rétegelt anyagot megfelelő szé| lességre vágják, és tárolódobokon raktározzák. A csoma| gológép a csomagolóanyagot nyitott hengerré alakítja, | keresztirányban megfelelő szakaszonként tömiti, és végső csomagolóanyaggá alakítja. Az esetek többségében a rétegelt anyag belső szegélyét védeni kell az alakítás során. Ez végrehajtható úgy, hogy egy laza, hőre lágyuló szalagot helyeznek a rétegelt anyag belső oldalára.

A hajlítás egy lap alakú alátét körül történik, szakaszos üzemben.
A technika állása szerint ismert eddigi megoldások szerint a visszahajlítandó anyagfolyam szegélyét meleg levegővel hevítették. A meleg levegőt kibocsátó fúvókát a folyamatos anyagfolyam szegélyére irányítják. Ilyen esetben elhatárolt felhevítési zóna alakul ki, amelynek méreteit azonban nehéz behatárolni. Ennek következtében nehéz behatárolni azt a szakaszt, ahol a hőre lágyuló, rétegelt anyagot fel kell hevíteni a visszahajlítás céljából. Ez különösen igaz, ahol a hőre lágyuló réteg alumíniumfóliával van bevonva, mely a hevítés következtében ráncosodásra és hullámosodásra hajlamos, mely a csomagolóanyag gáztömörségét akadályozza. Az ezt követő munkaműveletben a visszahajlítandó szegélyt görgőkkel vagy szíjjal vagy ékszíjjal hajlítják vissza az anyagfolyamra.
A találmány célja a fenti hátrányokat kiküszöbölő eljárás kidolgozása, melynél a mozgó anyagtekercs folytonos hevítését végzik el.
A kitűzött cél értelmében a találmány eljárás infravörös lámpával történő hevítésre, amelynek során egy infravörös lámpát vagy sugárzáskoncentráló reflektorral ellátott lámpatelepet használunk a rétegelt, hőre lágyuló anyaggal bevont felület hevítésére, ahol a rétegelt anyag hordozófelülete papír- vagy kartonlap, és a rétegelt, folytonos anyagtekercs egyik oldala mentén, a tekercs mozgásának irányában, keskeny felületet hevítünk, amelynek külső, kiálló visszahajlításra alkalmas, hőre lágyuló élét a hevítés után a keskeny felület fölé hajlítjuk. Eljárhatunk úgy is, hogy a keskeny, hevített felületet színes szalaggal előnyomtatjuk.
Egy előnyös kialakítási módnál az előnyomtatott, színes szalagot mattsötét színűre színezzük.
A találmányt az alábbiakban célszerű példaképpeni kiviteli alak kapcsán, a csatolt rajzra való hivatkozással ismertetjük részletesebben, ahol az
1. ábra egy folyamatos anyag(folyam)tekercs felé irányuló infravörös lámpa vázlatos képe, míg a
2. ábra a folyamatos anyagi folyam )tekercs egy részlete.
Az 1. ábrán az 1 infravörös lámpa vagy lámpatelep látható, mely egy hagyományos visszaverő 2 ernyővel van összeépítve. A 2 ernyő előre meghatározott távolságra van a sugárzást koncentráló 3 fókuszponttól. Amint a rajzon látható, az 1 infravörös lámpát a 2 ernyővel meghatározott helyre helyezzük, így a 3 fókuszpont „A” távolságra helyezkedik el a 4 anyagfolyam fölött. Ez biztosítja, hogy a sugárzás „B szélességben hat a 4 anyagtekercsen. Az A távolság növelésével a B szélesség növekszik, és viszont. A B szélesség képezi a 4 anyagtekercs hevített, keskeny külső 7 felületét.
Az egymással sorba kapcsolt 1 infravörös lámpák száma a 4 anyagtekercs haladási sebességétől függ, tehát minél nagyobb a 4 anyagtekercs haladási sebessége, annál több 1 infravörös lámpát kell sorba kapcsolni.
Az 1. ábrán látható az anyagtekercsből kinyúló, adott esetben rétegelt alumíniumfóliával bevont 5 él is. Amikor a folyamatos 4 anyagfolyam áthalad az 1 infravörös lámpa vagy a sorba kapcsolt lámpatelep alatt, a folyamatos 4 anyagtekercs kinyúló 5 élen belüli hevített 7 felülete felmelegszik a hőre lágyuló anyag alvadási pontjára. A hevített, keskeny 7 felület így a 4 anyagtekercs haladási irányába eső sávot alkotja.
Miután a hevítésművelet ily módon helyileg korlátozva van, az 5 él folyamatosan felhevíthető például görgők vagy szíj segítségével anélkül, hogy a hőre lágyuló anyaghoz ragasztott alumíniumfólia ráncosodna vagy egyéb módon károsodna.
A 2. ábrán a folytonos 4 anyagtekercs egy részlete látható, amelyen a behajlítás előtt felmelegítendő, keskeny 7 felület egy előre rányomtatott, színes 6 szalaggal van ellátva. Ezt a színes 6 szalagot célszerűen előzetesen nyomják a csomagolóanyagra, amikor annak grafikája készül. A színes 6 szalag előnyösen sötét, matt színű, célszerűen fekete. Az 1 infravörös lámpát úgy választjuk meg, hogy hullámhossza megfelel a fekete színnek.
Az 1 infravörös lámpa működtetésekor a színes 6 szalag elnyeli a hőt, és ily módon több mint 50% energiamegtakarítás érhető el. A színes 6 szalag a hősugárzás koncentrálásában is közreműködik, így jelentéktelen hőmennyiség szóródik ki a színes 6 szalagról.
A fentiekből következően a találmány szerinti eljárással egy folytonos anyagtekercs elhatárolt szakasza hevíthető fel úgy, hogy a felmelegítés nincs hatással a
HU 218 369 Β hőre lágyuló anyag többi részére, és a felmelegítésnek nincs negatív hatása az azt követő behajlításra.
A találmány nem korlátozódik a fent ismertetett kiviteli alakra, hanem az oltalmi körön belül számos változat lehetséges.

Claims (3)

  1. SZABADALMI IGÉNYPONTOK
    1. Eljárás infravörös lámpával történő hevítésre, melynek során egy infravörös lámpát vagy sugárzáskoncentráló reflektorral ellátott lámpatelepet használunk rétegelt, hőre lágyuló anyaggal bevont felület hevítésére, ahol a rétegelt anyag papír- vagy kartonlap, azzal jellemezve, hogy a rétegelt, folytonos anyagtekercs (4) egyik oldala mentén, a tekercs (4) mozgásának irányában keskeny felületet (7) hevítünk, majd a te5 keres (4) külső, kiálló, visszahajlításra alkalmas, hőre lágyuló élét (5) a hevítés után a keskeny felület (7) fölé hajlítjuk.
  2. 2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a keskeny, hevített felületet (7) színes szalaggal
    10 (6) előre nyomtatjuk.
  3. 3. A 2. igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy az előnyomtatott, színes szalagot (6) matt sötét színűre képezzük ki.
