Description
Vynález se týká způsobu zpracování povrchu dílu z plastické hmoty, zejména z polypropylenu nebo polyethylenu.
Oprava povrchů, zejména dílů z plastických hmot, které jsou vytvořeny z polymerů nearomatických uhlovodíků, naráží na značné potíže. Aby bylo možné takovéto plastické hmoty lakovat, je nezbytné je upravovat, t.j. napouštět. Je známé, že se takové úpravy provádí polyesterovými pryskyřicemi, rozpuštěnými v xylenu nebo ethylbenzenu. Tato rozpouštědla rozpouští Částečně povrch dílu z plastické hmoty a dovolí tak, aby polyester přilnul pomocí vedlejších valencí. Avšak rozpouštědla jsou silně toxická, takže práce s nimi jo problematická.
Jiný způsob úpravy povrchu dílů z plastických hmot se provádí u palivových nádrží z plastické hmoty. Palivové nádrže z polypropylenu nebo polyethylenu jsou zejména obzvláště i pro druhy benzinu prosté olova, neboř kovové palivové nádrže vykazují vzhledem ke korozivitě paliv prostých olova značné nedostatky.
Nádrže z plastických hmot dovolují, pokud není provedena úprava povrchu těchto nádrží, vysokou difúzi palivových par. Tuto difúzi nelze z důvodů ochrany Životního prostředí a s ohledem na ztráty paliva tolerovat. Vnitřní plochy palivových nádrží se proto známou technikou sulfonují plynným oxidem sírovým, čímž se povrch tanku stane hydrofilním a tím se zabrání difúzi paliva. Další způsob snížení difúze spočívá ve fluorizaci nádrže. Tento způsob nebyl ale dosud vyzkoušen v průmyslovém měřítku.
Jak sulfonace, tak fluorizace palivových nádrží vykazují nedostatky v tom, že se používají agresivní a zdraví škodlivé látky, jejichž uvolňování do okolí sc musí za každou cenu zabránit. Vedle ohrožení zdraví jsou tyto způsoby velmi nákladné a musí se provádět při maximálních bezpečnostních opatřeních. .
Vynález si proto klade za základní úlohu provádět úpravu povrchu dílů z plastických hmot, která ani při výrobě ani při používání dílu z plastické hmoty nepřináší s sebou toxické ohrožení.
Tato úloha je podle vynálezu vyřešena způsobem zpracování povrchu dílu z plastické hmoty, zejména z polypropylenu nebo polyethylenu, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že se ve vodě za přídavku kyseliny rozpustí chitosan na roztok, obsahující 0,2 až 6 % chitosanu, načež se tento roztok nanese na povrch dílu z plastické hmoty a tam se sušením vytvoří film. Pro nastavení viskozity roztoku se přidá snadno těkavé organické, rozpouštědlo.
Díl z plastické hmoty, opatřený povlakem podle vynálezu vykazuje proto ve svém povrchu film z přírodně se vyskytujícího, enzymaticky iniciovaného derivátu celulózy s funkční fosfátovou, sulfátovou, karbonátovou nebo aminoskupinou.
Jako takový derivát celulózy přichází v úvahu v první řadě dcacety1 izovaný chitin, známý pod označením chitosan, který jako monomerní jednotku vykazuje glukozamin /póly-/ β- 1,4-glukozamin/, který je nerozvětveným polysacharidem, obsahujícím dusík/. Funkční skupinou je tedy aminoskupina. Deriváty celulózy, vytvořené s jinými, v úvahu přicházejícími, funkčními skupinami, jsou agar, alginát a carragheenan.
Aby se zabránilo difúzi paliva, postačuje nanést pouze film z derivátu celulózy s výhodou na vnější povrch palivové nádrže. Za tímto účelem se derivát celulózy nanáší na povrch ve formě vodného roztoku. Jestliže se rozpouštění ve vodě nedaří dostatečně rychle, může se podpořit zahřátím a popřípadě nastavením hodnoty pH v kyselé oblasti, tedy přídavkem kyselin jako kyseliny mravenčí, kyseliny octové nebo anorganické kyseliny solné, v koncentraci 5 až 7 ml koncentrované kyseliny na litr suspense chitosanu. Popřípadě se přídavkem acetonu nastaví viskozita, aby se mohl provádět požadovaný žpůsob nanášení /stříkání, nanášení natíracím nožem, lití aj./. Jako reaketivní složka se potom přidává epoxidová pryskyřice, která reaguje s aminoskupinami chitosanu. Doba zpracovatelnosti se dá nastaviti tvrdící přísadou, obsahující aminoskupiny, která se přidává krátce před nanášením. Byla použita kombinace epoxidových tvrdících přísad, která je komerčně dostupná pod označením UHU-Schnelltest /výrobce: Ligner a Fischer, BUhl, W. Germany/. V UHU - rychlotestu se používá polyepoxid spolu
CS 268170 82 s vytvrzovací- přísadou. Epoxidová pryskyřice zde vzniká reakcí 4,4'-dihydroxy-2,2-difenylpropan-bisfenolu A a epichlorhydrinu· Vytvrzovací přísada je amid. Reakce probíhá za přídavku katalyzátoru, kterým je merkaptan.
Doba schnutí filmu jc dána obsahem vody v suspensí. Přídavek acetonu redukuje dobu schnutí. Během doby schnutí, která může trvat u volného povrchu až 24 hodin a jc tedy podstatně delší než reakční doba, může být povlak použit к lepení. Zpracování ještě teplé směsi redukuje rovněž trvání doby akce a sušení.
Po usušení je film nerozpustný ve vodě, palivech a organických rozpouštědlech.
Jestliže je zapotřebí, může se film zlepšit předchozím očištěním povrchu z plastické hmoty z polyethylenu nebo polypropylenu, plamenem. Povrch při tom částečně zoxidujc, Čímž sc nezmění vlastnosti plastické hmoty.
U takto nanesené vrstvy bylo možné snížit velikost difúze na jednu čtvrtinu až na jednu pětinu neupraveného palivového tanku. Toto snížení se ukázalo být i po delší dobu skladování stabilní.
Claims (6)
- PREDMET VYNALEZU1. Způsob zpracování povrchu dílu z plastické hmoty, zejména z polypropylenu nebo polyethylenu, vyznačující ее tím, že se chitosan rozpustí vc vodě za přídavku kyseliny na roztok obsahující 0,2 až 6 % chitosanu, načež se tento roztok nanese na povrch dílu z plastické hmoty a tam se sušením utvoří film.
- 2. Žpůsob podle bodu 1, vyznačující sc tím, že sc pro nastavení viskozíty roztoku přidá snadno těkavé organické rozpouštědlo.
- 3. Způsob podle bodu 1 nebo 2, vyznačující se tím, že se к roztoku chitosanu přidávají monomery nebo polymery reagující s aminoskupinou chitosanu.
- 4. Způsob.podle bodu 3, vyznačující se tím·. Že se к roztoku chitosanu přidá polyepoxid.
- 5. Způsob podle bodu 4, vyznačující sc tím, žo doba reakce polyepoxidu sc řídí přídavkem tvrdící přísady nebo urychlovače reakce.
- 6. Způsob podle jednoho z bodů 2 až 5, vyznačující se tím, že sc jako snadno těkavé organické rozpouštědlo používá aceton.
