Claims (1)

  1. PŘEDMĚT VYNÁLEZU Zařízení pro elektrojiskrové nanášení vrstev na sebe,připojené na vrstvící ústrojí, které se skládá z napájecíhobloku, jehož jeden výstup je přes povelový blok a motor vře-tena připojen k vrstvící elektrodě - anodě a druhý výstupnapájecího bloku k impulsnímu generátoru, jehož kladný a zá-porný výstup jsou příslušně připojeny k proudovému bloku a po-hyblivému stolu vrstvícího ústrojí a současně ke sledovacímusystému, jehož vstup je připojen k jednomu z výstupů povelo-vého bloku, přičemž mezi druhým výstupem povelového bloku avrstvící hlavou vrstvícího ústrojí je připojen motor pro svis-lý posuv vrstvící elektrody - anody, vyznačující se tím, žeobsahuje logický člen (10), jehož vstup je spojen s výstupemsledovacího systému (6), jakož i s motorem vodorovného posu-vu po ose ”x” (7) a motorem pro vodorovný posuv po ose "y” (8), jejichž vstupy jsou připojeny k povelovému bloku (2) avýstupy k pohyblivému stolu (13) vrstvícího ústrojí, přičemžmotor pro vodorovný posuv po ose "x” (7), motor pro vodorov-ný posuv po ose ”y" (8) a motor pro svislý posuv (9) jsoupříslušně připojeny k jednomu z výstupů logického členu (10). 259001
