Abstract
The invention relates to the production of interchangeable gas in the quality of coal gas blending technology of pure gas from the gasification process and other gases with natural gas a an inert such as nitrogen. The invention solves the problem of achieving the necessary dew point gas mixture with minimal energy demands. It is for this purpose the low dew point of the gas being used there is pure gas in the case. In particular, the invention may be utilized in gas industry, but basically in some other processes where mixing takes place gases.
Description
: tlakového zplyňování hnědého uhlí s následnou karburací vyrobeného čistého plynu zemním plyšem a z-atěžo váním inertním plynem, například dusíkem.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the mixing of gases in the manufacture of coal gas produced by a technologist. Pressure gasification of brown coal followed by carburization of the produced pure gas with natural gas and loading with an inert gas such as nitrogen.
Dosud známé postupy minimalizují za účelem dosažení co nejnižšího rosného bodu.vyráběného svítiplynu obsah vodní páry v inertním plynu tím, že inertní plyn je sušením téměř úplně zbavován vlhkosti. In order to minimize the dew point of the produced coal gas, the known processes minimize the water vapor content of the inert gas by virtue of the fact that the inert gas is almost completely dehumidified by drying.
Sušení plynu je poměrně náročná technologická operace, vyžadující v průmyslovém měřítku výroby svítiplynu poměrně složité technologické zařízení, deficitní hmoty pro' náplně sušek a zvyšující energetickou náročnost výroby svítiplynu.Gas drying is a relatively demanding technological operation requiring, on an industrial scale, the production of coal gas, a relatively complex technological equipment, deficient masses for the fillings of dryers, and increasing the energy intensity of coal gas production.
The aforementioned disadvantages are eliminated by mixing the gases according to the invention, in which the inert gas is compressed to a higher pressure than the mixed gas, after compression it is cooled down to the highest temperature and the resulting condensate is drained, whereupon the steam-saturated inert gas is mixed. with dry clean gas from the gasification process, with natural gas from the grid and, where appropriate, other gases, the maximum permissible temperature of the inert gas being such that the relative humidity of the town gas relative to the minimum temperature of the pipeline is less than 70%.
By utilizing the drying effect of pure gas in the described process, there is no need to remove moisture from the inert gas for the burden on the town gas, which has been associated with energy and material costs.
Příklad konkrétního provedení vynálezuAn example of a particular embodiment of the invention
Coal gas is produced by mixing pure gas from a pressure gasification process, natural gas and nitrogen as an inert, wherein the proportions of the components in the resulting gas mixture may be within certain limits, the limits being required to achieve certain combustion properties, combustion heat and coal density.
Clean pressurized gas, practically dehumidified, has a dew point below -20 ° C, and a dew point of natural gas is, for example, -3 ° C. By means of a simple thermodynamic calculation, the permissible partial pressure of water vapor in pure lyne and natural gas, and from a known quantity of pure gas, natural gas and inert, is to determine the maximum permissible water vapor pressure r inci lim is such that than the dew point temperature determined according to the minimum wall temperature of the gas pipeline for the relevant season. This clearly gives the maximum permissible temperature of the water-saturated inert. After compression to a pressure higher than that of the town gas, the inert is cooled below the permissible temperature, the condensation moisture is separated off and the inert is mixed with the other two components, ensuring that the permissible humidity of the produced town gas is not exceeded.
For industrial use, it is suitable to process calculations of coal gas dew point for any variants of the quantity of individual components and different relative humidity on a computer, so that for each operation variant the maximum permissible temperature of the inert saturated water heel is calculated.
Těmito výpočty bylo prokázáno, že bez překročení přípustné relativní vlhkosti svítiplynu a tedy bez negativních účinků na rozvodnou sít lze popsaného způsobu využívat celoročně.These calculations have shown that without exceeding the permissible relative humidity of the town gas and thus without negative effects on the distribution network, the described method can be used year-round.
