Abstract

Esta divulgación se refiere a un rollo sin núcleo de un producto de papel tisú, tal como papel higiénico, fabricado de una banda continua enrollada en espiral de un producto de papel tisú que tiene un primer extremo y un segundo extremo, y que tiene un diámetro exterior en el rango de 95 a 150 mm. La banda de producto de papel tisú se enrolla de manera que defina un orificio interno que se extiende axialmente ubicado en el centro con respecto al rollo sin núcleo y de manera que el primer extremo esté ubicado en el lado externo del rollo sin núcleo y el segundo extremo esté ubicado en el orificio interno. El diámetro del orificio interior está en el rango de 20 a 50 mm. La densidad del rollo sin núcleo está en un rango de 80 a 160 kg/m³. Una relación de calibre del rollo está en un rango de 10% a 80%. El producto de papel tisú comprende entre dos y seis capas de papel prensado en húmedo convencional (CWP), en donde al menos una de las capas es una capa en relieve, y las capas están unidas. El gramaje del producto de papel tisú está en un rango de 24 g/m<sup>2</sup> a 125 g/m<sup>2</sup>.
