Abstract
Un sistema de tratamiento que incluye un catéter de orientación magnética y una pluralidad de MNP. El MNP puede incluir uno o más agentes que responden al campo magnético y uno o más agentes terapéuticos. El catéter puede incluir un eje interior que tiene al menos un lumen y un globo de suministro de fluido adaptado para administrar un fluido desde el eje interior en un espacio que rodea el catéter. Una malla expandible formada de un material magnetizable que puede rodear el globo de suministro de fluido.
