Abstract

1.- Proceso para la separación de gases extraños de un gas útil reductor por adsorción con presión oscilante (9), en el cual se produce un gas útil reductor (3a) en un proceso apropiado, que contiene un componente extraño que se va a absorber o un gas extraño además del componente reductor, y este gas se abastece a una unidad de adsorción con presión oscilante (9) a presión elevada para separar gases adsorbibles, la cual retiene el gas que se va a absorber (8a) en un proceso adsorbente y, por consiguiente, produce un gas útil purificado (9a), y los gases adsorbidos se liberan nuevamente en una mezcla con gas útil (9a) despresurizando la unidad de adsorción con presión oscilante (9) y pueden procesarse o extraerse posteriormente, luego del alivio de presión se aplica un vacío (9c) a la unidad de adsorción con presión oscilante (9) para desorción por medio de un eyector (12), por el cual los gases desorbidos restantes pueden retirarse de la unidad de adsorción con presión oscilante (9),el cual se caracteriza por que el eyector (12) se opera por vapor (6a) generado calentando con el gas útil caliente (3a) o con los gases de chimenea (4a) del proceso de calentamiento para la producción de gas útil (3a).
