Abstract
1.- Un método en un terminal movil de un sistema de comunicacion inalambrica para activar un procedimiento de canal de acceso aleatorio, RACH, para solicitar recursos de enlace ascendente en un canal de acceso aleatorio a un programador de estacion base, que comprende los pasos de: - comparar el estatus de un contenido del buffer del terminal actual con el estatus de un reporte de estatus del buffer, BSR, almacenado en dicho terminal (300); - iniciar el procedimiento RACH (320) para indicar una solicitud de servicio a dicho programador de la estacion base tras detectar un cambio (310) de dicho estatus del buffer en dicha comparacion, en donde dicha solicitud de servicio incluye un indicador del cambio del estatus del buffer como activador para que dicho programador asigne recursos de enlace ascendente a dicho terminal. 2.- El método de acuerdo a la reivindicacion 1, en donde el estatus del buffer se determina cambiado si al menos una de las siguientes condiciones se cumple: (i) han llegado datos de mayor prioridad a dicho buffer; (ii) el incremento en el tama±o del buffer supera un Umbral A; o (iii) el tiempo que paso desde una iniciacion RACH previa supera un Umbral B.
