Abstract
1.- Un ensamblaje de cojinete de rodillo guía que incluye: un eje con un eje central y una superficie exterior cilíndrica no acanalada; un caparazón cilíndrico que se extiende por el eje, el caparazón teniendo una superficie interior que define un vacío interior del caparazón por el cual el eje se extiende, el caparazón siendo rotacional relativo al eje sobre el eje central; un rodamiento con una pluralidad de elementos de rodamiento, miembro radialmente interior y miembro radialmente exterior, el rodamiento elementos entre el interior y el exterior de miembros, los elementos del rodamiento estando entre el los miembros interior y exterior, el rodamiento siendo fijado a la superficie exterior del eje en el miembro interior de tal forma que el miembro interior está asegurado al eje y el miembro exterior puede girar en relación con el eje sobre el eje central por el rodamiento de los elementos del rodamiento, el rodamiento siendo localizado en el vacío interior del caparazón; una cabeza de rodillo siendo asegurada rotativamente al miembro exterior del rodamiento de tal manera que la cabeza de rodillo este soportada para la rotación relativa el eje sobre el eje central, la cabeza de rodillo incluyendo una porción que impide el desplazamiento axial del rodamiento en una primera dirección axial a lo largo del eje, la cabeza de rodillo también siendo asegurada axialmente y rotacionalmente al caparazón de tal manera que el caparazón este soportado para la rotación relativa del caparazón, la cabeza de rodillo siendo localizada en el vacio interior del caparazón; y una manga de retención localizada en el eje junto a los rodamientos axiales para evitar el desplazamiento de los rodamientos en una segunda dirección axial a lo largo del eje, la manga teniendo una superficie interior en colaboración con la superficie exterior sin ranuras del eje, un diámetro interior de la manga y diámetro exterior del eje siendo de un tamaño tal que la manga está asegurada sobre el eje por ajuste de interferencia de fricción y la manga se mantiene en una posición en el eje por la interferencia de fricción.
