Abstract
Un método para producir un producto reacondicionado a partir de una materia prima de hidrocarburos pesados, que consiste en: a) reacondicionamiento de una materia prima de hidrocarburos pesados mediante un método que incluye: i) proporcionar un portador térmico de partículas a un reactor de flujo ascendente; ii) introducir la materia prima de hidrocarburos pesados en el reactor de flujo ascendente al menos en un lugar encima del lugar del portador térmico de partículas, de modo que una relación de carga del portador térmico de partículas a la materia prima de hidrocarburos pesados sea desde aproximadamente 10:1 a aproximadamente 200:1, en que el reactor de flujo ascendente funciona a una temperatura de aproximadamente 300 °C a aproximadamente 700 °C; yiii) permitir que se produzca una interacción de la materia prima de hidrocarburos pesados con el portador térmico de partículas, con un tiempo de residencia de menos de aproximadamente 20 segundos, para producir una mezcla de producto compuesta por una corriente de producto y el portador térmico de partículas; b) separación de la corriente de producto del portador térmico de partículas; c) obtención de un producto reacondicionado de la corriente de producto mediante el uso de una torre de vacío. 1 Un sistema que consiste en: i) un reactor de flujo ascendente compuesto por: a) al menos un inyector al menos en una de una pluralidad de ubicaciones en el reactor de flujo ascendente, en que dicho inyector se utiliza para introducir la materia prima de hidrocarburos pesados al reactor de flujo ascendente, b) un portador térmico de partículas, el portador térmico de partículas presente en una relación de carga desde aproximadamente 10:1 hasta aproximadamente 200:1 con respecto a la materia prima de hidrocarburos pesados; c) una entrada para introducir el portador térmico de partículas, en que la entrada está situada debajo de al menos un medio de inyección, d) una sección de conversión dentro del reactor de flujo ascendente; ii) una torre de vacío; y iii) un controlador configurado para determinar los requisitos de energía de una instalación de producción de petróleo.
