Abstract

? Rebanadora de productos panaderos de forma circular caracterizada por consistir en una estructura de soporte de una placa base, corrediza con un medio de accionamiento que le transmite movimiento longitudinal en vaivén, dicha placa sostiene superiormente un plato que inferiormente comprende un medio de impulsión giratorio, sobre dicho plato giratorio se coloca el producto panadero de forma circular a rebanar, y un medio rebanador accionado por un motor se dispone sobre dicho pIato giratorio para efectuar cortes diametrales en dicho producto panadero; dicha placa corrediza en su accionar pasa con el producto panadero a través del medio rebanador efectuando cortes diametrales en éste y durante su desplazamiento, el plato giratorio se mantiene inmóvil y al final de la carrera longitudinal en cada extremo dicho pIato se hace girar ciertos grados por efecto de dicho medio de impulsión giratorio, giro que se limita por medios de traba dispuestos debajo de dicha placa base, de manera que el producto panadero cambia de posición, volviendo a desplazarse dicha placa base ejecutando otro corte en el producto panadero, repitiendo la operación el número de veces que se requiera cortar el producto panadero para obtener rebanadas radiales. <EMI FILE="06086165_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG HE=50 WI=50 >
