Abstract

1.- Dispositivo para elaborar chupetas con palillo, que comprenden un suministro estacionario para una hebra de material de chupeta en una condición de sección transversal plana sustancialmente rectangular, una serie de moldes de chupeta planos movibles que pasan el suministro de acuerdo a una senda de movimiento, moldes de chupeta tienen un eje principal paralelo a cada palito y transversal a la senda de movimiento, cada uno consiste de un molde inferior y un molde superior, en el que el molde superior es movible y se puede cerrar sobre el molde inferior aunque cortando una porción delantera de la hebra, el suministro es ubicado para descarga de la hebra en una dirección transversal al eje principal del molde.2.- Dispositivo de acuerdo a la reivindicación 1, los moldes, considerados en un plano de sección transversal al eje principal, siendo inclinados con respecto a la senda de movimiento.3.- Dispositivo de acuerdo a las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, los moldes con sus bordes delanteros en la dirección del proceso están situados a un mayor nivel que sus bordes salientes en la dirección del proceso.4.- Dispositivo de acuerdo a las reivindicaciones 1, 2 o 3 suministrados adicionalmente con un pelador estacionario que se extiende desde el lado corriente arriba hasta justo antes de los límites de los moldes inferiores.
