Abstract

Una consecuencia de nucleótidos aislada que corresponde ó es complementaria o por lo menos 50% la secuencia de nucleótidos representada por la ID SEC NO:1 (Figura 12).Un método de producción de una ?5 - desaturasa humana que comprende los pasos de :aislamiento de dicha secuencia de nucleótidos representada por la ID SEC NO:1 (Figura 12);construcción de un vector que comprende: i) dicha secuencia de nucleótidos aislada operablemente ligado a ii) un promotor;introducción de dicho vector dentro de una célula huésped para la expresión de dicha enzima ?5-desaturasa humana.1 Un vector que comprende: a) una secuencia de nucleótidos como la representada por la ID SEC NO:1 (Figura 12 ) operablemente ligado a b) un promotor.2 Un método para la producción de un ácido graso poliinsaturado que comprende los pasos de:aislamiento de dicha secuencia de nucleótidos representada por la ID SEC NO:1 (Figura 12);construcción de un vector que comprende dicha secuencia de nucleótidos aislada; introducción de dicho vector dentro de una célula huésped para la expresión de dicha enzima ?5 -desaturasa humana; yexposición de dicha enzima ?5 - desaturasa humana expresada a un substrato ácido graso poliinsaturado con el fin de convertir dicho substrato en un producto ácido graso poliinsaturado.
