Abstract

Un núcleo absorbente que comprende: (a) una capa receptora;(b) una capa de almacenamiento que posee una capacidad de absorción, dispuesta debajo de la capa receptora y en comunicación fluida con la misma, y (c) una capa de distribución dispuesta debajo de la capa de almacenamiento y en comunicación fluida con la misma, que comprende pulpa de madera dura comprimible y que posee una densidad de entre 0,05 g/cc aproximadamente y 0,4 g/cc aproximadamente, en donde la relación de la altura de distribución vertical de la capa de distribución con respecto a la altura de distribución vertical de la capa de almacenamiento es igual o mayor a 1,25. 1Un artículo absorbente que comprende:(A) una lámina superior permeable,(B) una lámina trasera impermeable, y (C) un núcleo dispuesto entre la lámina superior y la lámina trasera, que comprende:1) capa receptora ubicada debajo de la lámina superior y en comunicación fluida con dicha lámina; 2) una capa de almacenamiento con capacidad de absorción y dispuesta debajo de la capa receptora y en comunicación fluida con la misma, y 3) una capa de distribución dispuesta debajo de la capa de almacenamiento y una comunicación fluida con la misma, la cual comprende pulpa de manera dura comprimible, y posee una densidad de 0,05 aproximadamente a 0,4 g/cc aproximadamente, en donde la relación de altura de distribución vertical de la capa de distribución con respecto a la altura de distribución vertical de la capa de almacenamiento es igual o superior a 1,25.1Un método para fabricar un núcleo absorbente que comprende:(A) formar una capa de distribución compuesta por fibras de madera dura comprimibles,(B) comprimir la capa de distribución a una densidad de entre 0,05 a 0,4 g/cc,(C) formar una capa de almacenamiento con capacidad de absorción y en comunicación fluida con la capa receptora; y (D) formar una capa receptora en comunicación fluida con la capa de almacenamiento, en donde la relación de altura de distribución vertical de la capa de distribución con respecto a la altura de distribución vertical de la capa de almacenamiento es igual o superior 1,25. <EMI FILE="01006975_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
