Abstract

Un procedimiento para el aislamiento de saponinas de triterpenos de plantas que pertenecen a la familia Myrsinaceae, CARACTERIZADO porque dicho procedimiento comprende las etapas de:(a) extraer las partes de plantas desecadas con un alcohol y concentrar el extracto,(b) remover la fracción apolar del extracto por extracción líquido-líquido con un solvente apolar, y(c) posteriormente purificar las saponinas en el extracto alcohólico por extracción líquido-líquido, filtración y cromatografía.Una saponina de triterpenos CARACTERIZADA porque tiene la fórmula<EMI FILE="99079865_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >donde R2 es -O(C=O)C6H5 u -O(C=O)C(CH3)=CHCH3,R3 es (E) ó (Z)-O(C=O)CH=CH-C6H5, yR4 es hidrógeno ó -(C=O)CH3.
