Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una composición farmacéutica líquida acuosa mucoretentiva peroral u oral que comprende: (a) una cantidad segura y eficaz de un activo gastrointestinal; (b) de 1,5% a 10%, aproximadamente, en peso de la composición, de arcilla; y (c) de 0.01% a 1%, aproximadamente, en peso de la composición de un componente de goma que se selecciona del grupo de goma xantano, goma guar, goma de algarrobo, carragahenos, tragacanto, y carbomero, y en donde la arcilla y el componente de goma están en una relación de 10:1 a 100:1, aproximadamente. <EMI FILE="99053436_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
