Abstract

Compuestos de fórmula general (I)R1 - A - D - E - G - L - R2 (I)en la cualR1 representa (C6 -C10 )arilo, quinolilo, isoquinolilo o un resto de fórmuladondea significa un número 1 ó 2,R3 significa hidrógeno (C2 -C6 ) alquenilo, (C1 -C6 ) alquilo o (C1 -C6 ) acilo,y donde todos los sistemas anulares y restos indicados más arriba están sustituidos, dado el caso, por uno o varios sustituyentes iguales o distintos, dado el caso geminados, elegidos del grupo que está compuesto por : halógeno, carboxilo, hidroxilo, fenilo, (C1 -C6 )alcoxi, (C1 -C6 ) alcoxicarbonilo, (C1 -C8 )alquilo que, por su parte, puede estar sustituido por halógeno, (C1 -C6 ) alquilsulfoniloxi, azido, amino, mono (C1 -C6 ) alquilamino, di(C1 -C6 ) alquilamino o hidroxilo,un grupo de fórmula -(CO)b -NR4 R5 ,dondeb significa un número 0 ó 1,R4 y R5 son iguales o distintos y significan,independientemente uno de otro, hidrógeno, fenilo,(C1 -C6 )acilo, ciclo (C4 -C7 ) acilo, benzoilo o (C1 -C6 )alquilo que, dado el caso, está sustituido por amino, mono (C1 -C6 )alquilamino.o R4 y R5 forman, junto con el átomo de nitrógeno, unheterociclo saturado de 5 ó 6 eslabones que, dado elcaso, puede contener uno o varios heteroátomo (s)adicional (es) del grupo S, O y/o uno o variosresto(s) de fórmula -NR8 - 2 -dondeR8 significa hidrógeno, (C1 AND#8209;C6 )alquilo o (C1 AND#8209;C6 )acilo,yun grupo de fórmula AND#8209;NR6 AND#8209;SO2 AND#8209;R7 dondeR6 significa hidrógeno, fenilo, (C1 AND#8209;C6 )alquilo o(C1 AND#8209;C6 )acilo,R7 significa fenilo o (C1 AND#8209;C6 )alquilo,A y E son iguales o distintos y representan un enlace o (C1 AND#8209;C4 ) alquileno,D representa un átomo de oxígeno o un resto de fórmula S(O)c AND#8209;
