Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un cepillo paraelaborar un cepillo dental, dicho cepillo dental comprende una cabeza de cepillo y un mango, dicha cabeza de cepillo comprende una pluralidad de ramilletes, cada uno de dichos ramilletes comprende una pluralidad de cerdas, cada uno de dichos ramilletes está dispuesto en filas alineadas generalmente paralelas al eje longitudinal de la cabeza de cepillo, dichas filas comprenden filas exteriores adyacentes a la periferia de la cabeza de cepillo y al menos una fila interior entre dichas filas exteriores, dicho procedimiento comprende los pasos de: a) desbastar las cerdas de los ramilletes de al menos las filas exteriores para producir una primera topografía deseada;b) desplazar los ramilletes de las filas exteriores de los ramilletes de la al menos una fila interior, para permitir el procesamiento de las cerdas de los ramilletes en la al menos una fila interior, sin afectar las cerdas de los ramilletes de las filas exteriores; c) desbastar las cerdas de los ramilletes de la al menos una fila interior hasta una segunda topografía deseada; d) pulimentar los extremos libres de las cerdas de los ramilletes de la al menos una fila interior; e) regresar los extremos libres de las filas exteriores a su orientación original; y f) desmechar las cerdas de los ramilletes de al menos dichas filas exteriores.
