Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al campo de las aplicaciones de atomización. Más específicamente, la invención divulga un núcleo de atomización novedoso, que comprende un sustrato central y un cuerpo de calentamiento en el sustrato central, en donde el sustrato central está hecho de un material denso, con perforaciones de transferencia de e-líquido distribuidas en el sustrato; el diámetro de las perforaciones de transferencia de e-líquido es de 1-250 µm; la separación de pared entre dos perforaciones de transferencia de e-líquido adyacentes es inferior a 500 µm; y la porosidad de la cerámica densa es inferior al 30%. El núcleo de atomización novedoso divulgado puede realizar no solo una atomización in situ similar mediante canales fluídicos controlables formados en el sustrato denso, sino también un vapeo cuantificado o de dosis controlada mediante un control de flujo cuantificado, un vapeo más uniforme mediante un proceso de nucleación de atomización controlada y un proceso de crecimiento de partículas. Al mismo tiempo, se evita que el polvo de cerámica y las sustancias relativamente tóxicas y dañinas causadas por la propia cerámica porosa ingresen en el aerosol atomizado, por lo que se logra una atomización cuantitativa más segura.
