Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevas composiciones medicinales y/o farmacéuticas indicadas como composición A y composición B en forma líquida para usarse a manera de una composición medicinal o medicamento para la instilación intravesical, en el tratamiento local simultáneo de enfermedades de la uretra y/o la vejiga, en donde las composiciones A y B son para usarse ventajosamente en el tratamiento contra el síndrome de dolor vesical (cistitis intersticial), en la uretra, y mediante la reposición de la capa GAG en la superficie interna de la vejiga; además, ventajosamente la composición A es para usarse en el tratamiento analgésico y anestésico local de la uretra y/o la vejiga, y además, de manera ventajosa en el tratamiento contra la inflamación de la uretra y/o la vejiga, y su preparación. De acuerdo con el uso de las composiciones del tema de la invención, el tratamiento contra IC/BPS se implementa en dos etapas usando la primera composición A y en segundo lugar la composición B para la instilación intravesical a través de la uretra. También se optimizan la osmolaridad y el pH de las composiciones. De acuerdo con la el tema de la invención, la composición A comprende los siguientes componentes: El anestésico local, ventajosamente lidocaína o una sal adecuada de la misma, un corticosteroide, ventajosamente dexametasona-disodio-difosfato o agente antiinflamatorio no esteroideo, ventajosamente sal de diclofenaco, en donde además, ventajosamente el anestésico local y el agente antiinflamatorio no esteroideo y las formas ventajosas de los mismos están incrustados en el liposoma o además, ventajosamente están componiendo complejos con un agente de composición de complejos; alcalino básico, ventajosamente hidróxido de sodio; agua destilada estéril; sal alcalina, de manera ventajosa cloruro de sodio. De acuerdo con la materia de la invención, adicionalmente la composición B comprende los siguientes componentes: Ácido hialurónico o una sal alcalina adecuada del mismo, ventajosamente hialuronato de sodio, sal alcalina de sulfato de condroitina, ventajosamente condroitina-sulfato de sodio, heparina, ventajosamente sal sódica de heparina; básico alcalino, ventajosamente hidróxido de sodio o bicarbonato de sodio, agua destilada estéril, sal alcalina, ventajosamente cloruro de sodio y sal de metal alcalinotérreo, ventajosamente cloruro de calcio.
