Abstract
Método de preparación de un producto intermedio útil para la síntesis de un derivado de difenilmetano que puede usarse como inhibidor de SGLT. Un método de síntesis de un compuesto de fórmula 7 según la presente invención puede solucionar problemas de los procedimientos de síntesis existentes de requerir procedimientos adicionales, debido a la síntesis del reactivo de Grignard, y al manejo de sustancias relacionadas. Además, el método según la presente invención puede minimizar la generación de sustancias relacionadas, y por tanto no requiere un reprocesamiento de los productos de reacción, pudiendo así simplificar el procedimiento. Por consiguiente, puede maximizarse el rendimiento de producción de un derivado de difenilmetano.
