Abstract

RESUMEN La presente divulgación se refiere a un artículo absorbente doblado (47) que comprende un núcleo absorbente (2) insertado entre una cubierta superior permeable a líquidos (14) y una cubierta inferior impermeable a líquidos (15). El artículo absorbente comprende, en un estado plano y sin doblar, una línea central longitudinal (30), una línea central transversal (31), una longitud longitudinal (32) que se extiende desde un borde de cintura delantero (3) a un borde de cintura trasero (4), y una longitud transversal (33) que se extiende desde un primer borde lateral (5) a un segundo borde lateral (6). El citado artículo absorbente comprende además una porción delantera (7), una porción trasera (8) y una porción de la entrepierna (9), y pestañas de sujeción (10) localizadas a cada lado transversal de la porción trasera (8) para sujetarlas, con posibilidad de desprenderlas, a la porción delantera (7) cuando el artículo absorbente está en una posición ajustada. Más aún, el citado núcleo absorbente (2) comprende canales primero y segundo que se extienden principalmente en sentido longitudinal (12, 13), localizados por lo menos en la porción de la entrepierna (9). Cada lado transversal (37) del artículo absorbente se dobla a lo largo de la respectiva línea de pliegue longitudinal (38), de manera que cada uno de los bordes laterales primero y segundo opuestos transversalmente (5, 6) se doblan sobre una superficie de cubierta superior del artículo absorbente, formando así un artículo absorbente doblado una primera vez (39). El artículo absorbente doblado una primera vez (39) se dobla posteriormente a lo largo de una primera línea de pliegue transversal 41 localizada en la región de la línea central transversal (31), formando así un artículo absorbente doblado una segunda vez (42). Finalmente, el artículo absorbente doblado una segunda vez (42) se dobla a lo largo de una segunda línea de pliegue transversal (45) localizada aproximadamente en la mitad entre la línea central transversal (31) y un borde de cintura (3, 4), formando así un artículo absorbente doblado una tercera vez (47). La divulgación se relaciona igualmente con un método para fabricar tal artículo absorbente doblado, así como un paquete que incluye una pila de tales artículos absorbentes. (Fig. 10)
