Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una fibra de polietileno de peso molecular ultra alto con resistencia ultra alta al corte, que incluye: una matriz de polietileno de peso molecular ultra alto y partículas de polvo de fibra de carbono dispersas en su interior. El contenido de las partículas de polvo de fibra de carbono es 0.25-10% en peso. La presente invención se refiere además a un método para preparar la fibra de polietileno de peso molecular ultra alto con la resistencia ultra alto al corte y un guante resistente al corte tejido a partir del mismo. La prueba demuestra que el guante tejido de fibra de polietileno de peso molecular ultra alto con resistencia ultra alta al corte es suave y cómodo, y no tiene sensación de piquetes. De acuerdo con la prueba de la norma EN388-2003, el nivel del grado de resistencia al corte varía de 4 a 5. En comparación con la aplicación de otros materiales de refuerzo inorgánicos de alta dureza existentes, el proceso de producción de la fibra de polietileno de peso molecular ultra alto con la resistencia ultra alta al corte de la presente invención tiene relativamente menos abrasión en el equipo. Además, los guantes de punto resistentes al corte tienen una mayor durabilidad y el rendimiento resistente al corte se mantiene por más tiempo que otros guantes.
