Específicamente, la presente invenciónse relaciona con plantasque pertenecen al género Chrysanthemum, las cuales plantas son resistentes a la roya blanca y las cuales plantascomprenden en sugenomapor lo menosuna región genórnica, o gen o alelo, que les confiere resistencia a la roya blanca, la cual por lo menosuna región genómica, o gen o alelo, que les confiere resistencia a la roya blancaestá genéticamentevinculada a una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos comprendida en por lo menosuna copia en el genoma de las plantas resistentes y está representada por la SEQ ID No. 3
