本实用新型属于照明技术领域。根据三基色原理,利用电子器件控制红色、绿色、蓝色三种灯光的亮度比例,将这三种光投射到同一区域相加混色,连续得到可见光谱中任意波长的颜色。有两种工作方式:1、自动周期性变色。2、手动控制变色,可改变色调及色饱和度,得到某种固定色,包括白色。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种变色灯,属于照明技术领域。根据色度学理论中的三基色原理,用电子器件分别控制红色、绿色、蓝色三种灯光的亮度,并将这三种光投射到同一区域相加混色,能够连续得到可见光谱中任意波长的颜色。本装置可对色调和色饱和度进行控制。
该项实用新型的突出新颖之处在于“变色”。在此之前,无论在市场上,还是在各种技术文献中,都没有此种产品或构思。
设计变色灯的目的在于,制造出完全创新的变色灯具,取代以往不能变色的彩灯。在家庭或公共场所,变色灯除作装饰彩灯应用之外,还可以调成固定白光,代替普通白炽灯。
变色灯有两种工作方式,利用开关进行切换。
第一种方式为自动变色。图1表示三种基色灯光强度变化曲线。下面以t0-t1时间内为例,说明连续变色原理。
在t0-t1时间内,因红光、绿光混合比例不同,呈现在人眼中将是红-橙-黄-绿渐变过程,实现从红光波长至绿光波长的连续变色。依此类推,在t0-t3时间内,将连续出现全部可见光波长,周而复始,变化周期可调。
第二种方式为手动变色。调节三种彩灯的亮度,可以得到某种固定色,包括白色。这种方式不仅可以控制色调,而且控制色饱和度。
图2是电原理图。三只CMOS非门电路接成环形正弦波振荡器。振荡周期为三级RC时间常数之和。改变R1、R2、R3、C1、C2、C3的数值,即可改变振荡频率(变色速率)。因三级RC时间常数相同,所以三个输出端的输出信号相位依次滞后60°。该正弦波再经RC积分电路后,变成所需的三角波,送入功率放大器。VMOS管功率放大器具有极高的输入阻抗,与CMOS电路相匹配。三个功率放大器按照图1表示的规律,控制三种灯光的亮灭,以实现自动循环变色。
切换开关至手动档,即成为普通的可控硅调光器,可以得到某种固定色,包括白色。设置这一功能的用意,是为了满足人们的需要,将灯光调成自己喜爱的颜色。甚至也可以代替普通白炽灯作照明。

因应用场合不同,可以选择变色灯功率。只要改用大功率灯泡及大功率V-MOS管,就可以将变色灯功率提高到几百瓦。
电路部分安装在100×50毫米的印刷线路板上。将电源开关、方式选择开关、电位器安装在面板上。灯头由三只彩色白炽灯泡、凹面镜、乳白玻璃罩组成,见图3。
